Candleper Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 Quick question: I notice a couple times that when I place an ED or TD on someone who then combat stealths out, I'm waiting for it to explode and break him out of stealth but nothing happens. Auricelia Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 From experience on both sides of this particular exchange, the explosion damages and puts the stealther back into combat status, but does not de-stealth due to the fact that the attack itself was before they went into stealth. Zoom_VI Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 No, it should always kick them out, and its not cleansable either, either the stealthier manage to hide before the explosion and promptly restealthed, or it was a Sin who just force shrouded it. Philelectric Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 as an assassin since release and shadow since 2-3 months, I can tell you that when I am targeted by a merc/mando able to shoot me this thing, I save shroud for it. It was an awesome way to survive the burst of a PT/Vanguard pre 2.0 (when it was raw damage instead of damage+dot) and its still very good. The assassin/shadow is only using shroud to resist the initial damage and it result in not dot applied. Also, there is a very small window of time when you force cloak where you wont be destealthed when you take damage, it last 1 or 2 sec Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
