It doesn't turn off and keeps resetting itself. Besides, it has a cooldown on it anyway and there's no way you would be able to do that normally. All it does is get stuck in the air filtration units and oxygen scrubbers, which makes the air look and taste all funny. And then when the ship droid finally gets it all cleaned out he starts whining about that all the time, and I think we're all tired of hearing him prattle on endlessly anyway.
