Hows the population

All depends on the server, most of them are ghost towns, some are well populated, while a decent amount sit in between but nearest to the ghost town side of the scale. Edited by Qishari

I'm sorry to be the bad news bear, but population is not good at all. Game is down to 1.3 mil subscribers from 2.4mil and that's counting a lot of people that arent playing anymore but still subbed; people who received free 30 days and those who bought 6 month game time at launch . There's only about 10 servers that still get standard or higher pop levels out of the 200+ servers. If you are not in one of those servers either reroll or just stay off the game for a few months longer until hopefully things are not in the chaotic state they are, otherwise you may just get such a bitter taste that you will probably never come back.

A lot of people who like the game, including myself, are hoping for some miraculous things to happen, but it seems that things keep stacking up on the wrong side of the scale for SWTOR and EA/BW just cant keep up, not necessarily saying they arent working hard or doing anything but it's just too many things to fix/redo.

Here's another thread about pops for further reading:

Hi OP!

I think you should get a larger hard drive, because why else would you uninstall a game you had been temporarily not playing?

Hard drives is cheap, yo!

(important note, if trying to install a hackintosh on this, you will need to perform one extra step...)

Many servers are in good shape, a few are in terrific shape, many are sucking on their last breath. If you listen to the boardroom meetings, game population is wonderful. If you listen to the forum, this game died two months ago.
