I really don't usually complain, but in the past week or so my sub time has been wasted with an hour and a half of a minor patch "Reorganizing Data", scheduled maintenance, a couple of unscheduled maintenance times, and an hour on the phone with Eastern Europe to clear up a double charge.
I don't see why the West Coast is being singled out like this - you'd think it'd be the same code. And if it's a hardware issue, that should be entirely on you.
