Anyone else planning on playing every single AC in the game?

I've already got two Consulars, two Knights and two Troopers. I like having a different playstyle depending on my mood and it gives me a lot of flexibility when playing with my friends and guildies. I'm pacing things a bit, I don't mind repeating the same class story, but I'm skipping planetary quests here and there on different characters so I don't get totally fried.

Currently I have:

50 LS Shadow (balance DPS)

50 DS Sniper (lethality DPS)

50 LS Sorcerer (corruption healing)

47 neutral Mercenary (arsenal DPS)

43 LS Vanguard (shield specialist tank)

26 DS Juggernaut (rage DPS, tanking later on)

23 LS Sentinel (watchman DPS)

14 LS Scoundrel (scrapper DPS, heals later on)

So yeah. I'm playing every single AC. Just not going to do them all on both sides. Get to see all 8 storylines the way I'm doing it.

Have all 16 classes on 2 servers ranging from level 50 to 11 /grin... most of them in 20s and 30s though. One on each server level 50.

Gonna try them all :) and when BW will allow more characters on each server I will get more for LS and DS of each class....:)

I know I am a Nutso:)

My original expectation was to level at least one character of each Republic class. I currently have a level 50 Commando and a level 50 Shadow. I am currently working on leveling a Scoundrel, who is level 35 at the moment. I have a level 14ish Sentinel, but I am not sure I am going to bother leveling him. This is because I am not particularly fond of the play style because and I am going to level a Sage (I have one at around 12 or so now), so I dont really need another Jedi. That means I may not reroll as a Guardian either, so I may end up not leveling a Knight at all. I will see when I get done with other characters.

Thus, I will have both Consular ACs; however, I am not really interested in rolling a Gunslinger or Vanguard, so I will likely have only one Smuggeler and one Trooper. As I said above, I will have to see about Knight.

As far as the mirror classes go, I won't even consider rolling an Empire character. I just have no interest in seeing how the story unfolds for the Empire. I mean, even if you go light side in all your choices, you are still working to progress the goals of an Empire bent on enslaving the whole galaxy and is willing to use any method to achieve that goal, including murder and torture. There is no dialog path for actively working against the Empire from within, so, as I have said before, you are not really a "light side Sith," just a "Sith Lite." Thus, none of the Empire classes hold any interest for me.

Definitely I really want to take full advantage of the legacy system and see the story from all of the angels. I'm also planning on switch my romance as often as possible, maybe even gender. Who knew alts could be so much fun? Thanks bioware for crafting a well made game that appeals to a wide variety of play styles.

I plan to. However from my 3rd character onwards I will roll alts if BioWare updated the questing in such a way that planet arc and class quest will be the only quests I need to do. There is simply no point is repeating all the side quests dozens of times.

I'll almost definitely do all 16. For me, a character ends at Ilum--it doesn't begin at 50. I don't get how the quest progression can be so dull and boring, and yet doing the same handful of daily quests and ops can be so interesting? To me, the endgame of just about all MMOs is what's boring.

Between beta and now, I've played through Coruscant 6 times now, and haven't space-barred a single convo.

I probably would have chosen a different AC of an existing character class for my next one, but I might round out the 4th base class due to legacy perks. I really have a lot of trouble playing DS--I just can't empathize with such a character. Never played DS KotOR or even Renegade Shepard.

absolutely not. since story is based on basic class. I couldn't stand seeing the exact same content again. esp with only the class quest different on each planet. I've gotten bored to tears just getting the 4 basic classes through a planet. add in all the bugs and crashes? no way.

Yeah, I think this is pretty true for all republic classes. It seems your choices only matter with SW and IA. SI might have differences between LS/DS but I haven't gotten past level 20. BH didn't strike me as anything that would matter. I have a level 50 and it seemed the only choices were between freezing someone in carbonite or killing them.

Don't bother for SI. I have 2 50 Sorcs, one LS and the other DS and the story is the same.

For those of you considering IA, there are multiple endings that vary significantly on your choice at the mid point and at the end of the story. Not going to go into too much detail since it's all mapped out already on the interwebs.

I'm going for all 8 legacy unlocks eventually, but am in no hurry and am actually holding back a bit until 1.3 for the boosted exp gains from legacy unlocks from warzones or possibly space missions.

I only do the class quest and planet bonus quests for all my characters now. When I outlevel my quests by 5 levels, I do PVP and FP's to get back close to the quest levels. My objective is to get to 46 by time I'm done with class quests. That's when you can start end game dailies, which are great for leveling up. Having lots of daily comms by time you hit 50 is also nice.
