I keep seeing people point to the math behind the expertise where damage and mitigation cancel each other out. While that may be the case, the problem we're seeing is due to class imbalance. Classes simply aren't balanced right now, marauders (perhaps Juggs as well) are putting out more damage relative to other classes. So basically the FOTM is to roll as many marauders/juggs as possible, don't even bother bringing a healer.
