The secondary reason would be poor customer service. I would encourage anyone who will also not be renewing by the next billing cycle to post here as well. Thanks:) Clearly you think you deserve better than SWTOR can offer. Fact is the game is fun and the customer service that I've had has been exceedingly well. Another fact is that not many people care that you're quitting. Lots of people have said they're quitting and no one really comments on it. You still have to actually cancel your sub, posting here does nothing. Just in case you didn't know. This... They never gave out a firm date on 1.2, and failing to meet your false expectation should not be a reason to cancel your subscription. Two seemingly simple tasks that users take for granted. I really don't have much faith in this dev team, so I can't blame anyone at this point for giving up.
