Thundartwothree Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Cut the cast down to .5 seconds, up the damage 74.7%, clearly this skill should be non-interuptable as its obviously the only ability that can be used, also make it stun if it crits, and give it a built in 100% crit rate.
