  1. Wow. The only way Bioware could possibly solve both of these problems is if they made these useless "slicing tech parts" be the material component for crafting augments. They'd never think of that though. DOooooooOOOmmmm!
  2. It kinda sounds like the intent is to fight fire with fire. "Unless I rant my uninformed/false opinion all over the place, Bioware will listen to the other guy's uninformed/false opinion". Which, of course, leads to the boards being completely useless and absent of any facts, information, or knowledge.
  3. And this is what is wrong with mmo forums. This belief causes so much misinformation to be spread, that it almost completely devalues the forums. People need to inform themselves more before going off on a rant, supporting nerf/buff calls, etc.
  4. Yeah. At first it was pretty funny to me, so I kept playing along, posting jokes and hints to look at the freaking link. The longer it went with people arguing without verifying the OP's claims though, the more disappointed I got in them.
  5. Yeah, this guy gets a 10/10. I've been hinting since the first page that people should actually check out the source, but even here on page 7 there are still people that can't be bothered.
  6. Hopefully this is the fix, as I prefer the timing of project over the timing of shock. If anything, it'd be a buff.
  7. If Slicing loses it's profit potential, I'll simply spend a couple hours learning a new skill to replace it with. Slicing is the 6th skill I've had to 400 on my main, and it probably won't be the last.
  8. I wonder, OP, do you feel pride at what you've accomplished with this thread, or has your success shaken your belief in humanity to the point that your pride has turned to dissappointment?
  9. This thread is a perfect example of why Bioware should ignore nerf/buff calls on the forums.
  10. The source quoted in the original post is also proof that resolve is still broken in 1.2. Am I the only one who noticed the Assassin get chain knockdowned about 30 times in a row?
  11. Yellow, white and red as the color scheme for our War Hero gear? C'mon BW, you can do better than that. Though I guess I shouldn't complain, as it looks better than our Cent/Champ stuff.
  12. I have Biochem right now, as I'm a pvper. I don't actually care about biochem nerfs or any other crew skill nerf/buffs. Levelling a crew skill is trivially easy, so I'll just re-level into the next most beneficial one once the nerf hits. I've had the following skills on my main: Biochem/Bioanal/Dipl up to 350. Artifice/Treasure Hunting/Archaeology up to 400. Biochem/Bioanal(AGAIN, restarted them both from scratch)/Slicing up to 400. My alt has had: Biochem/Bioanal/Dipl up to 400 Synthweaving/Underworld/Slicing up to 400. It's silly getting attached to any crew skill in this game. Though I will miss the reusables once they get phased out. I hate having to farm for consumables.
  13. All that stuff(complaints about the game, ideas on how to fix it), should probably go to the suggestion forum. IMHO, this forum should be used for discussing how to win at pvp. Unfortunately, the average player would rather win via getting his enemies nerfed and/or himself buffed than actually try to figure out how to win himself.
  14. Morale is a very real phenomenon. It's why I recommend taking a break after losing a couple matches. It's also why I don't start complaining in chat when things start going badly. Additionally, when somebody makes a good play, I try to gratz them for it if I have time. If people think they are going to lose, they will find a way to make it happen. Other than that, your experiences are pretty bizarre to me. I only pug, I've never been in a premade. I suspect my overall win ratio is about 60%. Days where I lose more than I win are pretty rare, though days where I win substantially more than I lose are also uncommon.
  15. There was a guy that kept standing at the edge of our endzone in hutball. I actually jumped up and down in front of him to get his attention, then told him not to stand there as he was acting as a shortcut. He ignored me, and I got stuck with that same guy in 3 seperate hutballs. I'd be busting my butt to knock everyone off of the ramps, only to see them leap up to this scrub moments later as he ineffectually shot lightning at them. Really frustrating day.
