Most of it changes but there's weird discoloration around the shoulder armor inside with the b&oj dye. Also, there's a weird seem on the upper chest that is bright yellow. I tested other dyes in the preview window and it looks like reds and grays and bright yellows don't have that problem but anything black gets weird. I never tried with B&W dyes or B&B.............. There's little hinge thingies on the elbows that stay metal colored and also there's a brown strap thing on the abdomen that stays a particular brown color. So if you end up picking up the chest piece I'd suggest either leaving it undyed or zooming in on preview in those areas I mentioned Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For some reason there are many who feel that their jedi have to look like sith if they're not "good guys". I just don't get it... I feel it's more terrifying to see a really pure looking jedi doing horrible things. Here's my "evil" jedi (not evil exactly, just arrogant, racist and believes that jedi should rule the galaxy... human jedi of course). He truly believes he is doing good. The citizens of the republic need a stern hand to rule them and jedi are born to rule. No black armour with pointy bits. No red glowing lightsabers. No evil looking masks. And most importantly, no reason for the council to doubt him. I mean, no offense, but a jedi looking like yours would surely make the council raise an eyebrow. No? I think dark side corruption is something that an "evil" jedi would actively try to hide or hold back, while in the sith community it's almost a mark of accomplishment. Both Sidious and Tyranus were unaffected by the dark side corruption and could thus hide in plain view. It's another one of those things that kind of irk me when it comes to some peoples evil jedi. I just made him to have Force user Pubside. I'm only doing the awful story for the 12x XP bonus. But since all the Jedi stuff is hooded, I used more Imperial-looking adaptive armour.
