RockysRevenge
As a follow up to my "Not all our outfits suck" thread, I present to you some examples of what you have the potential to look like if you spend a little time working on it. Most of this stuff took just 1 trip to the GTN, although I had a few extra orange outfits in my cargo. All outfits include Muse Lower Robe (pants) from Alderaan. Voss style: http://i.imgur.com/66uqI.jpg Shirt w/ loincloth style: http://i.imgur.com/tSBj4.jpg Jedi Initiate's robe: http://i.imgur.com/xECnR.jpg Hood up + Balmorra face mask: http://i.imgur.com/4mTzq.jpg And a front and back of another awesome robe I bought on the GTN, can't wait to get to level 47 to use it. http://i.imgur.com/Ks5NA.jpg http://i.imgur.com/plPun.jpg Yes, Tharan, you did mention you're a pacifist. Our clothes don't suck, you just have to search a bit. Although you can't use that style face mask until you're level 46, which is annoying but liveable. Boulis
Wow, some really cool-looking outfits. Kudos to Rocky for collecting them all in one place. I have a question, however: are there any face-masks available before level 46?? -- even ugly ones are preferable to the vaguely suggestive helmets my Shadow has to wear. RockysRevenge
Sadly I don't believe there are any other full face masks. These are the two styles available to us, and the second style is exactly the same, but with the crown attachment. Its also less available, requires level 50, and doesn't look as good imo. If you look at the images on torhead, the Imps have around 5 different styles of face mask available to them, some in the low 30s range. The republic versions of the same headgear are either the circlets/headbands or the horrible looking showgirl-type fan headdresses. There are 2 types of half face masks available, the Balmorra resistance helmet and the death claw mask, both social outfits. The first only requires social 2, the latter requires social 4. Both can be worn with hoods up. Hopefully some day we'll be able to wear our smooth face mask with hoods up too.

RockysRevenge
NP, I knew there had to be some good stuff out there, but it helps a lot to know where to get them.
Moonlit_Whisper
Personally I prefer the circlets. There's at least one I believe available from a commendation vender in the 30's somewhere. I want to say on Balmorra but don't quote me on that.
RockysRevenge
I got a nice circlet as a drop from Maelstrom, Ill stick with it until lvl 46, and when I don't want the helmet. Hey...anyone tried just taking the mods out of the mask to make it lower level? :/

RockysRevenge
What is this? Only know the white one from voss cantina. That particular one is the one on the GTN in the background, available from synthweaving. Called "Elder Battlemind's Vestments." I just call them Voss style because you can get the white one there. The white one looks pretty cool too though. There's 2 more of the same style on torhead but I don't know where to get them. Presumably on Voss. Did you make level 46 yet, or did you just replace the mods? I've been wanting to try it since I mentioned it earlier. Can't log in till Monday though. If you can replace the mods with lower level ones, it can be worn by anybody, and Ill have to start spreading the word! And it means I can wear my awesome armor NOW! RockysRevenge
No offense but that is possibly the most **** get-up i have ever seen..... Not everyone wants to look like a Jedi all the time. That's what the social sets are for. I really like the Hutt cartel set actually, I might wear the pants with my robe. I fully plan on making use of the Voss social armor too. To each their own.
valin-krai
There are also Ancient Battleminds Vestments, which look simillar to those, except they are more of the trational Jedi brown. I believe mine dropped from an enemy on Correlia, but they look very nice. I believe they require 48 or 49, but I have Chanmpion PvP mods in it I can't be bothered to pay 25k to remove, so thats just a guess. Here they are with the columni lower robe: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_47_27_814808.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_47_32_781092.jpg And for those who love looking powerful and elegent at the same time, the columni robes and Force-master mask go nicely together. http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_50_35_571547.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_50_52_287503.jpg Here are 3 more with these items with high settings on: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_58_35_483996.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_58_04_259210.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd185/gokumetru/Screenshot_2012-01-29_02_59_13_580175.jpg Edited January 29, 2012 by valin-krai

I really love my ancient seeker robe too, same style but the outer robe is dark green. Thanks for posting a screenshot of the force master mask! Been looking for one so I could take one myself. Where did you get it? And is that a champion cyan colored saber? Very nice. Ill reserve my comments about the Columni robe though...I think they could have done a far better job with our endgame raid gear. Although it does look much better with that mask than the terrible fan-head headdress that comes with the set. A sage could actually be proud wearing those together. The Force-master mask/crown is crafted by synthweave, yes, that is the champion saber with the unfortunately blue blade which is unforunately not moddable. Can't wait to get a green one again. I agree about the raid gear though, I prefer the PvP robes and the Battlemind ones when I don't need the stats.
RGMetal
The biggest issue I have with later robe models is that cr*tch drape in the front, get rid of that, and they would look great, IMO.

My biggest problem is the shoulder pads, they look completely ridiculous in combination with the awful headgear. At some point soon, they'll probably let us mod our pvp robes too, so we'll be able to choose whichever look we want and really stick with it. As a shadow, Id rather use a blue saber than a green one, it fits my look better. I totally understand wanting a green one though...same thing applies for the battlemaster one. Not everyone wants a black/blue saber, they need to make them moddable.
bo-zo
I wanted a definitely jedi-esque look, but made the mistake of choosing the muscular body type for my consular. It looked rather good with the robes on the character selection screen, but I haven't found a lot of stuff that looks good on him. I've eventually found something that I like, though, of course, I don't have any augment slots in there : http://i.imgur.com/LqmCk.jpg Edited January 30, 2012 by bo-zo
