July = pre-order release = LOTS of orders in a few days. Aug/Sept/Oct/early Nov = not many orders Late Nov/Dec = open beta/xmas presents = Lots of orders in a short time. I just hope I get in tomorrow, 11th December and getting seriously bored now..
