oh very true.but you cant overly blame a company for producing ****..if we are willing to buy it:P star wars was over hyped.. not by bioware..but by us.. some heralded it the next kotor, the next swg.. the next wow killer. it wasnt bioware that did that..it was us.. and quite frankly you are right its dumb:P

if you dont transfer you will be basically alone in your server and it will suck and you will likely leave the game before to long

yep and though they get boring its what we deal with to play mmorpgs. hell look at dragon age.. a game most people say was amazing.. it was little more than go clean out that cave/house/watchtower/monkey prison of these creatures.. yadda yadda oh lookie we got attacked kill bandits and continue and yet people loved it..but in an mmo its horrific... double standards are silly.

I told bioware that was the solution last friday when they said they werent going to transfer us because they had to see how the populations were going.. 5000 per server will cover everyone easily on every server

i agree here.. static drives do not increase performance loading all that much .. the gpu and the cpu (mostly gpu ) are more important that an over priced ssd..but becuase it is new.. and people dont do a ton of research ssds have become the in thing in gaming, when they mean so little it isnt worth the extra money.. for what you can get an ssd for you can get double the hd space with a regular hd and be doubley as happy for it. the isp is the key factor here. many times ive experienced lag that was a direct cause of my isp not the game... or my computer.. people seem to think just because you give the isp good hard eearned money it means they are going to give you a perfect great product.. tl dr.. ssds are incredibly over rated

very true many people will leave after their return month is over.. and the ques will disapear..if bioware used a brain to plan this they would have over loaded the servers a bit to allow for people unsubbing but still maintain a high population.. however.. there are a bunch of untransfered servers that proves a lack of forthought on biowares part.

depends if you want to pay 15 dollars a month to play a video game. personally i say yes.. but what i enjoy and you enjoy are two completely different things... but my question is.. why dont you jus try it yourself.. you obviously have an active account or one you recently (within the last month) canceled or you wouldnt be on the forums

you do realize that they cant transfer anywhere.. but to selected servers chosen by bioware..if you are going to troll try using actual truths in your post.. there are more than enough stupid things bioware has done , you do not have to make up ****

id imagine bioware hates those players they havent bothered to transfer at all way more than they hate your precious self my good man

people hate kill x of x missions...and they ahve those in the bonus parts of the quests... so.ya

there are 20 servers who say no.. no they didnt.. they should raise the arbiratry pop cap they have.. or you can stop complaining bout 10 minute wait

i always use windowed mode lets me drop screen faster.. but shadows on any game always kill my fps so i never use them.. it doesnt add that much to my game in my opinion

ya i agree.. i did swg, everquest. city of heroes so ya i agree though ..best launch ever.. just bioware making boneheaded mistakes now.. though even with their bugs they are pretty quick to squash em

im not expecting a firm time..im not silly enough to do that.. having worked in the computer field as an it guy ik now firm times dont work..but alittle love of as soon as we can.. or even a we are really working on it would be nice on monday.. i am one of those people that soon means something ..it doesnt mean now...it means as soon as we can:P alittle love is all we want:P its fathers day:P im a dad:P gimme love:P

i posted an idea a long time ago that when you get your first imp and rep characters to 50 each of those opens up a new character slot on the server.. jsut one per faction..that would give two to everyone who works for them.. fair trade in my opinion

its just one more of those things that bioware messed up on hey i have a fix.. give all those pve and pvp servers that didnt get a home a new destination server.. and open it to all of those left over characters to transfer into that way the population gets boosted and you have places for your characters to go.. oh wait... that would be logical. hell people wouldnt even lose guilds or friends... they would all get transfered too, and i am sure instead of losing characters people would be willing to transfer to a new different server...right?? solves two problems all at once
