If that's the case, I'm saying politeness dictates you asking others if they mind watching the cut-scenes at the beginning. What you describe is responding to rude comments with escalated rudeness. Not a good way to get along with people IMO.

I think by the time you get to be doing HM FPs that it is reversed. It should be assumed that you are not there for the story by that point, and if you want to make everyone else watch the cut scenes you should politely ask if they mind. I still believe that the OP was griefing.

When queuing for flashpoints, there should be a 'story mode' checkbox, which will prevent those who want to watch the cut scenes from being grouped with people who have already seen them many times.

I'd suggest ripping out the chest mods so you can at least pick a custom chest piece, then use the default shells for the other four slots to get the set bonus. Would be nice if they could get those set bonuses attached to armouring mod for all gear though.

Sounds like you got an unlucky grouping of noobs vs experienced players. It happens. I would argue that matches like that are 'un-winnable' as opposed to 'unplayable'

Reading this triggered a flood of nostalgia for when I discovered the console commands in Jedi Academy to enable dismemberment and slow motion Multiplayer games where you had to manually aim your light sabre at the parts of the body that you know will trigger a dismemberment, and spinning your mouse while executing a backstab move to get more momentum behind your swings. LOL EDIT: Just remembered you could run up walls and vault off of them if you put enough points into force jump... *sigh* going to install that game again . I honestly think it uses a better engine than SWTOR.

I understand not liking the wait, but I'd gladly take a 20 minute queue to be on a high pop server (my only free xfer option involves switching data centers and having big lag spikes in PvP). I'm not sure if this would work but maybe you could quickly fire up the game and join the queue, timing it so you can walk away for a bit and tuck your kids in or whatever, then the character select screen will be waiting for you when you're ready to play?

Well I'm sure Jung Ma doesn't suck if you live in the east of NA and can play without lag being an issue. I transferred one of my characters over to test it and the community seems very nice; someone even engaged me in RP within the first few minutes of logging in :-) I would be happy to stay there if it weren't for the lag / dropouts / spikes (whatever you want to call them) affecting me to the point where warzones are not fun.

This is extremely bizarre. Maybe it was a bug that caused my crafting panel to display incorrect text? I noticed that the droid bonus from the legacy vendor on my ship is now displaying properly on my crafting panel. Perhaps it was merely a bug fix in the patch that corrected this? So, if Zenith always had Treasure Hunting, then there are no companions with +15 Investigation efficiency? Most other crew skills have either a 15 efficiency, or a 5 crit bonus companion, so it seems off to me. EDIT: This is what confused me: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=3734 In that thread Zenith has +15 Investigation efficiency. It must have been changed in a previous patch and I didn't notice.

I would not worry about it if I could trust the number reported in the game. 130ms doesn't sound bad, but when I'm in a warzone, I get huge lag spikes where other players seem to teleport around the screen, and my input does not register for 1.5 seconds or more at a time. This did not happen when I was playing on the west coast data center. I'm glad you're not experiencing any issues though.

Was this an intentional change? If so it is a strange thing to do. Has anyone noticed any other undocumented changes to companion crafting bonuses for other classes?
