A lot if you just pay attention to what they acknowledged and what they want to fix. This is your opinion. EXACTLY. A toggle option is a great idea. Let it be up to the group. Let a guild operate the way they choose. If it's a PUG, set up the rules in the beginning, if anyone disagrees, they can leave. What my guild chooses to do (behind closed doors mind you) is our business and in no way would we be hurting the community.

BUT, I think BW has it right in that they should be for you only. And not visible to the entire party. Perhaps BW could include a function in which you can all share your DPS and Heals AFTER the boss was downed or whatever. Wrong, BW announced at the guild summit that somewhere around 90% of the population had LESS than 1 million credits.

The lore has demonstrated repeatedly that the color preference of lightsabers when pertaining to both jedi and sith was something that fell in and out of habit throughout the lightsaber's lifetime. Plenty of sith in SW history have had other color sabers than red. Also, let us not forget about Luke Skywalker having a blaster on his belt as well a lightsaber. This is the Star Wars universe, it's history spans thousands of years. There is many variations to the cookie cutter standard you have in your mind. A species could defect from it's alliance and turn to the other side. This happens countless times in Sci-fi and Fantasy lore of all types. I don't disagree with this thinking. In fact this is one of the things they decided to do that I feel should be revisited by them.. It's not a very wise choice in terms of following lore. But then again, it really depends on what kind of abilities they are handing out. Again, I reference my comment regarding Luke and his blaster. A force user throughout history has used more than just a lightsaber, in fact, clubs, maces and whips have been used by force users throughout the SW lore. Perhaps a force user still has his/her dad's flame thrower gadget laying around and decides to put it on to use in battle from time to time. Not all jedi/sith follow so striclty to the code. There is many variations to the norm and even sects of jedi/sith who would be considered neutral 'atheist defectors' if you will.

This is where I am confused. To unlock the 'super buff' the devs said you ahve to have 8 level 50's... If you already have 8 level 50s, and no slots left. What is the point of the buffs if it is only usable while your companion is out? Chances are you will be over geared for the dailies anyway, making the buff useless. *EDIT - Is it 8 level 50s (advanced classes), or just 4 level 50's? (Main classes.)

I guess this is easier to swallow. I guess it's not so bad after all.

Imagine this: You have 8 characters from each advanced class all at level 50. You get a super buff, esentially giving you every buff from every class on each of your 8 characters. Someone tell me the specifics, I am confused here. Is this usable in all facets of the game, operations and PvP? Or is this just usable when your character is out. If so, this makes 0 sense, what is the point of having a buff meant for leveling when all of your characters are capped?

I wont let this choice ruin my experience... But I feel they totally messed up with this choice. How would a trooper ever find time in his busy schedule to learn 'force choke' or 'force lighting'? BioWare, you are telling me that this character devoted his life to the Republic and is now a trooper and somehow because his daddy was a Sith, he now also has mastered some of the harder dark side skills? Under who's guidance? Was he an apprentice at one point? If so, does that mean he was Empire and then defected to republic? You are really jacking the lore around.. It's laughable. That said, I still enjoy this game.

EVERY BUFF IN THE GAME? ON ONE CHARACTER? Hopefully not in PvP or Operations...
