Not gonna bother looking up the post, but I am sure you can, but when they originally posted that they were adding a LFG tool in the upcoming patch, they said they weren't considering X-Server with it's implementation. Less than 3 weeks later they said in a interview it was something they are seriously exploring. I'm sure you can find them if you look.

Seem to remember Bioware assigning Servers. I don't care what server the players in LFG come from. But ask any more asinine questions you have rattling around in there.

I wouldn't worry, you're already getting a LFG tool. Additionally they've changed their stance on Cross-Server from "We're not considering it at the moment" to "It's definitely something we're exploring" in less than a month. In the end, they care about number's not some player's server rep.

They are doing that first. Why not a option to choose X-Server or In-Server? Problem solved.

The ideas of: 1)Cross-Server Friends and Ignore list, with priority given to these lists when you join the queue. 2) Being able to choose X-Server or In-Server only when you join the queue. Were both put forth, not good enough for the Antis it seems.

I get it. MMOs can be deep social experiences, making memories you'll carry with you forever. If a X-LFG is the lynchpin that ruins your ability to keep doing that, perhaps you should find a different medium with which to make friends and have relationships? As far as "Community", again if a simple grouping mechanic is the Black Plague of your community, perhaps it it's just time for your community to be buried in a mass grave. Just like Europe in the 15th century, new communities will spring up and rebuild.
