This isn't an issue any more. Any crappy textures you see, assuming you are running on max settings, are just from the textures being crappy by default. My trooper armor looks great all the time, etc. (Correction, old high end trooper armor. Not the newer stuff. The newer stuff is an example of lower res textures....) For some odd reason there can be some really good detailed textured armor and weapons, then a lot a poorly textured armor and weapons they add. I don't get it.

Ahhh you WERE on a PvP server, well there is your problem. Don't know why you play on a PvP server and expect anything beyond harassment. There is a reason why PvP players even avoid "PvP" servers. Just my experience on PvP servers on any MMO since EQ2 shortly after launch of that game. Seems to be just filled with ganks, and just overall aholes.

A quick Google search confirms this unless they have changed their minds and haven't said anything in public yet. Any new stories we get from now on will be faction ones, it stupid and sucks, but it's true.

The PvP quests are not designed for solo players. Illum use to have a open world PvP section. Those quests bring that back in a way.

Games have to be built around open world PvP in order for it to work right. SW:TOR obviously isn't, they shouldn't even bother trying.

Don't do the PvP quests part of the event.

WoW takes the good things and makes them better? WoW does nothing better except dumbing down the MMO market, hence why it has so many players. No different then CoD appealing to so many.

WoW's story is crap, which is sad because it still brings in a billion dollars plus from subs alone.
