I can't say I agree with you, if "serious" gamers didn't like story, everything would be pong. no story, nothing, just gameplay, pretty dull, it would get boring, people play video games to enjoy themselves and have fun, and tha 99% of the gaming community speaks out to side with story, surprised? Let us look at the Final Fantasy franchise, one of the most successful series of all time, as with Mass Effect, Gears of War, Battlefield, Call of Duty, any star wars game out there, and Dragon Age. Almost EVERY SINGLE GAME contains story, not all them are good, but the point stands. So if "serious" gamers don't like story, none of us would have an xbox, we'd all be playing pong on our computers or Tetris on our gameboys. TL;DR: Gamers love story and the gaming market/business profits prove it, your argument is invalid.

I take it you haven't finished Balmorra? you get a healing companion on Balmorra around lvl 35 or 36

oh don't even sweat it, I didn't die once in most of my boss fights at a 2 lvl disadvantage, and then suddenly at 35 I go to tattooine to kill the harrowers and I got steamrolled, the harrowers are arguably the toughest mobs in that lvl range for knights, and the game gets progressivly more difficult for knights as you advance levels

heh I had the same problem bro. What worked for me was to pop ALL my CD's, buff with a might stim, have medipacks handy, and interrupt as many attacks as possible, send kira in to him first for a few seconds so she'll chain his aggro for a few minutes, you're lvl 25 so I'm assuming you have force stasis? Use it. interrupt him as often as possible, and when he turns on you, pop rebuke and Saber Ward, use Shi-Cho form if you're either combat or focus spec, and if your focus spec, follow up your force stasis with sweep. when you fall below 50% and have already used a medpack, pop Heroic Moment: Call on the Force and pop saber ward and rebuke if it's up. after trying all these just make sure you keep burns active and use zen as soon as you can to get a slash spam. Good luck, I was stuck here for half an hour lol

I had the same issue, unfortunately Kira is stubborn and won't have any serious convo's with you until after the asteroid facility, once you pass that point in the story, her companion story begins, and there are certain lvls you have to reach to be able to talk to her, and you need the right lvl of affection from her beforeshe'll show any interest in talking to you
