Vitiate is definitley a Sith. You have to have so much hate in you to want to literally kill everything in the galaxy. Most Sith are concerned with power and ruling over others though, but my theory is that Vitiate took many psychedelic drugs like LSD, DMT, and shrooms. He eventually completely separated from his ego and experienced ego death. He proceeded to not give a single poop about anything or what anyone thought of him because he doesn't even consider himself a person. He has no ego. What happens when a powerful Sith Lord has no ego?

Hello all, I can't find a group for this since most people have been done with macrobinoculars for months. Noone can even help me because you have to be on the mission to be eligible. I would really like to finish the storyline of macrobinocular missions and do the puzzles because they are just pretty fun and for completetion sake. Is it possible to solo or any chance bioware will reduce the difficulty of these missions?

That would be a cool fix. Before the new hairstyle and eye color its basically impossible to create an Arkanian looking character, but you pretty much nailed it. I didn't even realize he appeared in the Consular story with Master Vandar no less... I gotta play a consular!

Dude. read the Darth Bane trilogy. Like now. Ok now that that's done, some other great series/books. If you have played KOTOR and KOTOR 2, I highly recommend the novel Revan. If you haven't played these games however you might be lost. The purpose of this novel is to connect the KOTOR games with SWTOR. It gets a bad rap because people have their own version of Revan and the Exile in their head (because they are RPG's of course), but if you play through the canon storylines of KOTOR1+2 you will love it. I,Jedi is an amazing standalone novel that takes place after Episode 6 following a 1st person storyline of Jedi/fighter pilot Corran Horn and his mission to rescue his wife. This also connects to the Old Republic era in an interesting way with the ancient dark lord Exar Kun. I would NOT recommend the Thrawn Trilogy or the Hand of Thrawn duology novels for two reasons. 1) EP 7 2) Zahn is extremely minimalist with force powers, so not a lot of interesting Jedi stuff here. If you are interested in learning about the first conflict between Republic and Empire and want to learn the "backstory" to this game read the Tales of the Jedi comic series. Then play KOTOR. Then play KOTOR 2. Then read Revan. You get the idea. Other comics I would reccomend would be Knights of the Old Republic. Not really connected to the main storyline of this era but a humorous story about a Jedi misfit turned bad@ss. Great characters. Cool Mandos. Legacy comics. Luke's far ancestor. Jedi, bounty hunter, drug addict, its dark and awesome. GL!

The music in this game is second to none. This is why I'm trying to hunt down all of the tracks not included on the website or the CE OST. For example, the KOTOR theme : Does anyone know of a place where people have datamined all of the tracks not included in the OST, like the track I linked above? I would be forever grateful.

This thread is getting to the point of pathetic. Eric Musco and the art team has done everything he can to fix such a MINOR issue and people are complaining. Is everyone on this forum 12 years old???\ Its the lighting people. It also effects lightsaber colors in certain areas. Get over it!

Bioware isn't dumb. They know MANY Revan fans are happy they fixed the clipping. Its worth pointing out however that the color seems to be slightly off, although it could easily be the lighting. The lighting graphics actually effects other things such as lightsabers, and people have complained about the color of sabers being off such as the green, but Bioware has been listening and added the mint green saber which is much better. So don't be surprised if this isn't changed because its just how it is.

The dev has spoken, and it makes sense. You can't take not having new PVP content for a few months? Take a break from the game. Or level another character. Its no big deal people.

I really hope the next expansion adds closure to Revan and Vitiates story, or at least puts us on the path to it, as both of their deaths have been quite ambiguous.

I prefer to not be able to switch advanced classes. To me, they are separate classes but are just joined by the story. It isn't a talent spec.

He has a great voice actor. I'm excited for the next set of story content.

Best Parts All story content! Class stories, World Arcs, Ilum, Makeb, seeker droid and macrobinoculars, gree and rackghoul events, and major flashpoint storylines like the Boarding Party->Foundry. Battle for Ilum->False Emperor, Rackghoul flashpoints (with conversations people, not just the group finder queues! Go to the fleet and pick them up, or Ilum arc for Malgus.) Combat and PVP are well done. Classes are very unique. Customization. Moddable armors. All that jazz. Sound (especially with ambient sound fix, what a difference. Also musical queues work much better now since 2.0), Graphics, cutscenes, etc.. Worst Parts Performance with lots of players around like in Warzones or on the fleet. Also, ability delay and failure to fire. Lack of SSSP

They have worked on the secret space project. A dev mentioned he was playing through the demo of it a while back. I think it was from one of the community streams with Joveth. The content they have added thus far has been magnificent. The HK51 quest line, Makeb, seeker droid and macrobinocular missions, gree event, and whatever more I can't think of at the top of my head have been high quality and awesome. Any sort of real content they have added so far has been VERY good, in fact much better then the "stock" game has to offer (in terms of gameplay of course, as the class stories are high quality but the gameplay for the quests is USUALLY quite simple and WoW-like). There is no point of being randomly scared until they stop releasing content to this quality. We will see in the future, but for now we have a ton of stuff to play through.

I'm curious about the graphics upgrade! Sounds cool. It takes a lot of time to develop a new warzone people, even WoW only releases them with big expansions. If you only play the game for PVP (which is shocking to me based on the insurmountable amounted of story content and PVE) and are sick of current PVP content just unsub until they release something new. Bioware, I suggest you start focusing more on PVP content rather then nightmare mode OPS. More people PVP then do OPS I would assume, so it makes sense from a business standpoint. Even someone like me who does OPS I don't really care too much about nightmare mode because I am mostly doing it for story and gameplay.

Guess what people - the EA disney deal was great, don't let the EA hate get to you. We will be seeing some great Star Wars games in the coming years. Expect lots of paid DLC though .

I didn't say it was as amazing as KOTOR, but it really is KOTOR 3 technically. I however, enjoyed the Knight story immensely and the reason it falls short of KOTOR is because it can't have the depth of a single player game.

SW:TOR is a great game for altaholics and caters to people playing many characters through the class stories. However, since many of us have multiple 50-55's, what is your list of things to do when you reach max level? Since there is so much to do, it's kind of overwhelming when reaching it. Mainly what I'm asking experienced end game players what you do before you start elder game content like HMFP's, Ops, and WZ's. Datacrons, HK51, companion affection is what I can think of off the top of my head.
