Almost every night on The Red Eclipse there are 4-6 full instances on every single planet, that's at least 1000 people per planet. 1 intance's general chat is bad enough, I couldn't imagine how bad all of those people on the same chat at the same time would be something anyone would want.

I bet they make a lot more money off people buying pack after pack trying to score one of those "awsome" crystals than they ever would selling them as an item or set. Sounds like the plea of someone that's already dropped a wad of cash trying to loot one.

This. They did a great job on fixing it backwards (pronounced: breaking the working part of the quest). Great job dev team, once again you amaze me by outdoing even my expectations or your incompetence.

Being a great fan of the EU, and having read pretty much everything that's been published (not in comic book format) I have to say: Not no, but hell no. Just say no to Jedi Order era content.

So for some reason last week I lost some files out of my TOR folder, and after they wouldn't reload when I tried to fix it through launcher and tech support was absolutely no help... I uninstalled are reinstalled the game. Guess what? After all that I had almost no lag, not anywhere near what I was having last weekend at the same time. I honestly don't know why it would be like that, and don't recommend it as some kind of fix, but it really makes me wonder even more what the hell is wrong with this game?

Why? No incentive. So you kill a couple NPCs and get into the base, or even sneak in as you can in some bases and kill all the weaker mobs, what do you get out of it besides a little xp? Unless you're on a PvP server you probably aren't going to find anyone in there that is flagged for PvP. You don't get any kind of special personal or faction reward out of it, so most people just don't care. And I think the overall ages of a large number of the players is part of it as well, older players don't care to do thing just to do them or to look cool. It would be nice if there were some kind of planetary/regional control game like SWG had that gave your faction a reward for invading another faction's base or city... but as all the WoWheads like to remind us all, this ain't SWG is it?

ATM F2P looks like it's saving the game. I think unless the lag issue gets more out of hand and the bugs get much worse this game will probably be around for a while. If they find a way to make PvP better for that crowd will probably grow even more.

I'll reserve my sympathy for someone that deserves it, thanks.

God I hope somebody that loves the game and has a clue tests this, because we all know the people that develop the game don't play it or have any clue about anything in the game.

And you get to pay about 3 or 4 euro a minute, thanks BioWare, you don't suck at all.

I'm all about improving the game, but we have enough balance problems as it is. You do realize that the game calculates damage and bonus damage differently for single, double and staff sabers, right? So you don't just want them to stick a different stick in the toons hand... you want them to load all new animation, damage calculations and god knows what else (that will mostly all be bugged, btw) so you can carry a different light saber. Sorry, to me its a waste of dev time and totally unnecessary. The classes are the classes, you don't like that part of the class, don't play the class. Let the devs spend their time fixing the stuff they already broke, not screwing with stuff that works so that they have to go back and fix that too.

They said it's going to be part of the expansion. Whoopdie-doo.

Believe it or not "less expensive" still means "you gonna have to pay if you want your crap fixed" And skype is crap, also.

It works in as a combo button, like F1-F12 are toolbar row 1 and alt+F1-alt+F12 are toolbar row 2. I don't know why it wouldn't work for anything else. Of course I don't speak WoWtardese, so I don't have any idea what you actually mean by "selfcast modifier", have you tried to use other buttons?

Seriously, the weapons the classes use are as important as their skills when it comes to making them different. If you want a saberstaff you roll a saberstaff class, how hard is that? Just play the stupid game and stop crying about stuff that's never going to change.
