Along with a few other ppl posting here I'm wondering if the combat/advanced choices will be for new toons or will there be an option for existing toons to change? (A Dev response would be nice plz) Re loadout swapping I don't think they meant the advanced combat style as swappable, just utilities/gear/etc. EDIT: watching the stream again Charles mentions swapping combat style as part of the loadout discussion - see minute 17:45apx. I also don't think anything will be released until at most within a week before the 12/20/21 anniversary date at the earliest, if history tells us anything. On the stream it seemed pretty clear to me that it was going to be the tenth anniversary YEAR for 7.0, right in time for Christmas/New Years/WinterBreak vacay and that's fine.

Good points. Your idea for adding grey sith/jedi makes me think about the grey jedi areas in vanilla; Having dark side choices for jedi and light side for sith (in vanilla) means there's lots of grey jedi/sith out there already. I'll put in a request here for my personal favorite grey Jedi; Ardun Kothe. I'd LOVE to have a Kothe-centric story and LI option. If they can make Arcann salvageable and make him an LI they can do so with Kothe. Regarding OP's complaints; IMO it would've been better to offer the walker/droid as side quests and not make the community participate in order to go through the story. OP's post reminded me of so many others of the same frustration with Kotfe/et when they first came out. At this point I just say Kotfe/et is what it is. If I choose to play it I have to take it the way it is. That doesn't mean there can't be some changes/additions though. My thoughts as well.

OMG this is what I've wanted since 4.0 dropped. I still haven't taken a toon through kotxx completely, even the insta 60s, and I've only had a couple take the leap and bypass them; both pub side. Being able to choose light/dark, LI/noLI, etc would make a big difference to me. =-=-=-=

Thank you for taking action. Reporting/ignoring gold spammers is the first order of business when I log a character in and it's good to know it's making a difference.

^ this and the highest level gear that can be bought on gtn is very expensive so ppl are expecting to spend big $$$$ and trying to get as much as they can.

You have a strong opinion. I do too. IMO Kotfe broke the game. I also have a complaint about your post; you generalize against all players who didn't like the game as "whiners" who decided before it was released it would be terrible. Your generalization is far too broad and cannot be true. For example, I didn't play on PTS or have any idea about Kotfe before release. I was looking forward to Kotfe. I paid for 4 instant-60's of different classes to play through the first 9 chapters only to find it The beautiful graphics with momentous-feeling introductions before each chapter were not enough to overcome the destruction. Dialogue to impress the ages - not. Your generalizations and whining about whiners only make your argument weak at best. I wanted to like Kotfe. After much effort, sadly I could not. I also have two tabs: one with chat, one without. Most of the time I ignore gen chat this way. Otherwise I report gold spammers and once every few years come across someone with either a char name or chat that is absolutely begging to be reported. I figure they are trying to see how quickly they can get squelched. If they want it that badly I'm happy to oblige. Besides, there are some things I can't let go without action. But that's very rare.
