You need to reset the mission. You don't need to fly to Zakul. Just be in a non-phased area. Easiest way is to exit from your stronghold onto fleet.

I don't know why everyone is making a big deal out of this. I raid two nights a week at most and I know the fights well enough that it hasn't been an issue.

I think most of us understand that the issue with the romance options in KoTFE Chapter 9 is not a bug in the sense that it is working the way that it was designed. What we are trying to tell you is that it is poorly designed and resulting in outcomes different from what you intended. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you didn't intend to trick players out of having romances that they wanted.

My Insta-60 Assassin had been pursuing all flirt options (Lana, Koth, Senya) until she got to Odessen. She didn't flirt with Theron because he's not her type. In the cantina scene after Theron speaks there is a choice to flirt or not. Since Theron was the last character to speak and I didn't want to flirt with him I chose the non flirt option. When me and Koth went off to talk privately I didn't get any flirt options with him and no chance to start the romance. Is this character just out of luck now?

Companions don't reside in your stronghold. That's just a decoration. They resided in your ship and you weren't allowed to summon them while aboard.

Outfit Designer?

Once recruited these companions "reside" inside an instance. You cannot summon them while you are in the same instance otherwise there would be two copies of them in the instance and you could walk over and introduce them to themselves.
