I finally got "Barnacle of the Eyeless" and used a Vanguard to give him and thought I get the 100% but it never changed. 45/105 is what Lokin legacy points and short of 60 legacy point, was there other things to do get 100%?

why is there extra enemies we have to fight when the Heroic should have been only 5 minutes to do, now end up being 10 minutes.

unable to complete this heroic on Iokoth, can do the disable on imperial side but not enable on the Republic side

My Diplomacy points was at the time before the new storyline at 600, but when I try to upgrade to the next level it says 135 pts. My Biochem & Bioanalysis are 600pts which cost me 1mil to upgrade to the next lvl except my Diplomacy which I could get my lvl 10 items.
