  1. Okay. I traveled to Zakuul, and reset the Chapter. It appears your suggestion has worked. However, as you stated I do have to progress through it again. Thank you.

  3. I am not sure where to post this, so please moderators move this if it is in the wrong location. The title says it all; however, here are the details: After completing Chapter IV, I decided to take a break. I teleported to my Stronghold to check my mail, auctions, and repair. I then logged off for the evening. However, when I returned recently and I try to access Chapter V via the "PLAY" button I am greeted by the following message: "This mission requires a follower that is unavailable at this time." NONE of my available companions are completing crew skills or selling junk. So they are available. The part of Chapter V: From the Grave, that will not initiate is: "Speak to Lana." I have tried to dismiss and recall all available companions, but I am still denied access. Any insight is greatly appreciated, and thank you for taking the time to advise me.

  5. I kinda figured that, but since my friends received their bonus coins I started to get concerned.
  6. i am a returning player from the BETA days. I understand that we are supposed to obtain 100 CC for enabling a security key, and 500 for being a subscriber. I am a subscriber, and I activated my subscription on 1/14/2016. However, I have not received my 500 CC this month. I did receive my 100 security key coins. I have two friends in real life that play this game, and they subscribed around the same time that I did, and they have both received their 500 CC monthly bonus. How do I go about fixing this issue? Should I submit an in-game ticket? The last time I submitted an in-game ticket it took support 22 days to respond. Please submit any advice, and thank you for reading.
