  1. I hope the roadmap will involve a megaserver with 10 instances. It would bring all of us together and open up the multiplayer aspect completely. Group hug!
  2. My favourite abilities and combinations: Blade Rush & Zen in combination with Strike: You get a lot of Ataru hits this way and it looks flashy. I'd say it's a bit of an adreline rush. Force Charge/Force Leap: It adds to the action factor/feel for me and is a bit of an adrenaline rush to use. Deadly Saber & Merciless Slash: It just gives Juyo-Form that aggressive feel that it should have and this sequence of animations seems to work well visually. Double-saber Throw, Dispatch and Slash: Because these abilities look awesome, sound awesome and give this class a bit of brutality. Force Camouflage in combination with Force Fade, Predation & Fleetfooted: It gets you out of tricky situations quickly, and because of the short duration of Force Camouflage it adds a bit of a thrill because you'll need to find an object or a corner to hide behind within the next 4 or 6 seconds, depending on which utilities you've chosen. I love my Sentinel.
  3. I've added a few subjects because I think they are worth considering as they seem to be suggested by other players frequently.
  4. I have a female Sith Warrior/Marauder named Atroya. I named her after Atreyu from the Never Ending Story. Atroya is the exact opposite of Atreyu. That's why part of the word atrocity is in there. Latoya is a sexy name. I wanted a Marauder that was sexy and seductive, but completely insane and evil to the core. I think that name summed her up. I'm well aware of the fact that this name has been copied eversince and apparantly one of these other players who carries the same name gave me a real bad name. I'm not changing the name of my character because of that. Sorry. Not going to happen. Starborn and Sunblaze are my Legacy Surnames. Sunblaze after the Crystal and because it's really hot in Australia. Starborn because we're all born from stars, since everything you see around is pretty much star dust. Also because I'm pretty stubborn. You've guessed it: My legacy surnames got hi-jacked too. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I doubt that. (I've even seen players with my Legacy Surname standing infront of me so that's why!) Samarita would be the second best name I think I came up with. She's my female Jedi Consular/Sage and she's a Healer. She's totally selfless and she's always willing to help others. Just like a good Samaritan. I think it sounds sexy. I couldn't get Sesha because someone else beat me to it. Bummer. But SONIKA is mine! Ha! Want to hear something really funny? I came up with the name Senya when I couldn't get Sonya, but I decided I didn't like it enough so I chose Sonika instead. (Because of the Sonic Needler Blasters!) She's my Gunslinger, and she's totally awesome in her Twi'lek way. I loved Vette so much I decided to make her a sister! This was a year before Senya made her appearance. I'm kinda glad I didn't pick that name, but it does show me great minds think alike! (Atroxa?) Alright, I've patted myself on my back long enough now. Your turn!
  5. I understand completely and I expect them to finish what they've started with Iokath. I think it's great so far! My reasoning behind this is you have people who complain about two things mostly: Lack of group content in combination with wanting more story. Well, there are Flashpoints which contain about as much and sometimes even more story than some of the Chapters I've seen. And you can solo Flashpoints. You can make series of Flashpoints so that these will be very much like Chapters, for both solo players and people who want more group content.[/color] Hey, a boy can dream? Thank you for your reply Luna. I wholeheartedly agree with you that story should remain the most important factor throughout the whole game. I'm just trying to think of ways that could please different people who like to see different things at the same time.
  6. I like your attitude and couldn't agree more. Correct me if I'm wrong, but HK-51 only needs to get unlocked once to become a legacy-wide available companion, right?
  7. I wasn't expecting that much, but thank you very much for your kindness and support. I hope so too!
  8. The coolest lightsaber I have ever found in SWTOR has been an orange one called Life Bleeder. (Or maybe just Bleeder!) I've had to change accounts when I migrated so I lost that one, amongst lots of other cool stuff I can't seem to find anymore. I received that lightsaber as a reward for one of the Area 4 missions on Hoth like a year after launch or so. To keep a very long story a lot shorter: I don't understand what the fuss is all about when it comes to the vented lightsaber.
  9. Rage Marauder? I'd go: Force Leap, Battering Assault, Pacify, Vicious Throw, Furious Strike, Obliterate, Ravage, Dual Saber Throw and then from Berserk on it'll look something like: Slash, Slash, Slash, Slash, Slash, Slash!
  10. Not even the cheapest brand? LA Coke? Anything?! Jeez Carolina!
  11. Good evening, morning or afternoon, I love achievements just as much as I hate them. If there's an achievement in my list this means I have to get it and so it's always a bit disappointing when I can't complete some of them. Like the ''Defeat an X-amount of players on [insert Planet]'' achievements. I've never been able to get these completed, because: A) It remains to be seen if you're able to defeat the other player and: B) It's been a long time ago since people visited planets like Oricon en masse. C) Hardly anyone visits the PvP instances. So yes, it's a love/hate thing for me when it comes to achievements. In any case, I wholeheartedly agree with the OP that this achievement should be fixed, especially because it involves the Lore Master achievement. Thank you for your time.
  12. Good evening, morning or afternoon, Camera Rotation Speed: The camera rotation speed for mouse input could be less sensitive while the camera rotation speed for keyboard input could be faster It would work better if the camera rotation speed setting behaved uniformal regardless of input. Players could adjust the camera rotation speed to their liking without having a huge difference in turn speed between the arrow keys and mouse. Companions: It would be great if you could leave the Tank/Heal roles as they are but return the unique DPS skill set that each companion had back to us. (Like how I keep missing HK-51's ''assassinate'' ability.) Planetary Missions: It would be awesome if you could expand existing planets further and/or add new strings of bonus missions on each planet upon reaching level 70. (Keeps things fresh.) Group Content and Story: It would be cool if you could focus on Operations and Flashpoints as they are group content and contain story at the same time. (Everybody happy.) PvP: It would be fantastic if PvP vendors sold off-hand weapons as well. It would be great if PvP became slightly less of a gear-grind and more of a fair fight. (Skill vs. Skill.) 1 Player vs. 1 Player arenas/rooms would be a welcome addition to SWTOR. (When the population is light you can still expect a match.) A larger variety of PvP items in exchange for Seasonal Tokens would make my day. Character Building: Since we can't distribute our attribute points ourselves it would be absolutely marvelous to have a much larger array of statistical combinations at our disposal. This could be a +41 Defense/Accuracy/Alacrity Color Crystal or a Modification/Enhancement/Augment that gives a combination of Alacrity and Accuracy. Or Power and Mastery. That would give us a lot more freedom to experiment and keep class balance intact. (Theoretically.) Mini-Games: I would be lost for words if Pazaak could be implemented into SWTOR as a way to gain influence with our companions. Playing a recreational card game doesn't represent gambling and it would be a fun activity while we're crafting or simply want to chill out a little while. You could apply the same idea to Dejarik and Sabacc. It would be awesome if you could give our companions a few funny lines to speak while playing and when they're winning or losing. I do believe adding Swoop Bike racing or Pod racing to SWTOR would make a lot of fans of the genre a whole lot happier, but I can understand if it's too much to implement. Cosmetics, Hairstyles, Tattoos, Clothing, Armor and Robes: I wouldn't mind having a larger variety of the aforementioned at our disposal in the game. I know there's a Cartel Market but some of us think our ongoing subscriptions are enough. More classic themed material wouldn't hurt. (My Gunslinger really likes her Spider Jacket but she's wondering about the latest trends in fashion!) Companion Customizations: I would love to see a metallic white/red HK-51 or HK-55 with yellow eyes for Republic players a metallic black/red HK-51 or HK-55 with red eyes for Imperial players. It would be uber-cool if Arcann, Senya, Koth, Lana Beniko and Theron Shan could wear something else as well. Speeders: We do a lot of travelling in SWTOR. It wouldn't hurt to increase their speed by another 20% because well, they are speeders and speeders should be speedy. Sentinels and Marauders: It would be fantastic to have a faster and flashier feel to this class since they are supposed to be ''living weapons'' and masters of lightsaber techniques. Visually, they feel quite sluggish and slow compared to Shien-Form Guardians who utilize True Harmony and Alacrity and I think it should be the other way around. I also believe the Sentinel/Marauder Class should be granted a shorter cooldown on Resolute if they are playing a Watchman/Combat Sentinel or Annihilation/Carnage Marauder, since this is the only counter measure/stun-breaker they have. Getting stunned every 10 seconds isn't much fun and renders this class almost obsolete in PvP. New Classes, Advanced Classes, Skill Trees, Abilities and/or Utilities: I know they're a lot of work, which is why they're at the bottom of the list, but having something new to toy with and try out every once in a year would make another replay of SWTOR totally worth it. Thank you for your time.
  13. Good evening, morning or afternoon, Wouldn't it be cool if a Sentinel/Marauder could attack/move 100% faster but do 50% less damage? Or attack/move 50% faster but do 25% less damage? DPS remains the same, but some of us might get more virtual satisfaction out of the fact that we are carrying two lightsabers. Flashy. Fast. Furious. Thanks again for reading.
  14. I'd report it too. When you cancel something you don't want to be charged afterwards for something that's apparantly still going for 17000 days. That's kinda LONG, isn't it?
  15. Age: 36 and counting. Sex: Every day please. I mean, Male! Locations: Alkmaar, Holland and Adelaide, Australia.
  16. It's not a problem if you don't want to participate in this promotional offer and miss out because of your own decision, but it's something else when you can NOT participate because of your location. And well, he/she IS a subscriber so I understand it's disappointing. It's not entirely a BIOWARE issue either, because they simply can NOT be held accountable for accessibility to online services OTHER than their OWN. I do think this thread should be food for thought NEXT TIME, because if you guys are planning to reward your subscribers for using programs other than SWTOR then at least make sure it's a program EVERYONE can use.
  17. I get what you're saying, really I do, but when it comes to Ewoks or Star Wars I NEVER have anything better to do! Hey, it sure as hell beats New Kids On The Block!
  18. ..I would've been married to Carrie Fisher 30 years ago.
