  1. On the flip side you could argue that servers having this issue that require cross server queuing don't have enough of a community to really have pride for it. Honestly, I'd rather be able to do a dungeon when I have time to play instead of wasting time asking in general chat for 15-20+ minutes (many times even longer) for a group and still roll the dice if one can even form up.
  2. Considering the amount of servers that are "light" during all but the busiest times, I hope it's sooner than later.
  3. GameFront got an interview with James Ohlen at PAX. http://www.gamefront.com/pax-east-swtor-interview-achievements-ui-mods-cross-server/ It looks like there's some good news coming? Cross server queuing? Yes please. I wish more questions were answered, but given the blandness of those that were asked at the mass effect panel I guess we take what we can get.
  4. I believe 95% percent of the people viewing this thread agree with you.
  5. companions need love too. But right now there is no way to convert centurian or champion pvp commendations to the higher version. All they changed was the ability to buy a BM token for the stupidly large value of 1000/1000 merc/warzone comms and buy champ comms for (I think?) 175 warzone comms
  6. The reason they introduced resilience into WoW's pvp gear is because the pvp'ers were complaining about being unable to do anything to the end-game pve raid geared people who would join matches. The only way to be competitive at that time was to raid 40mans to get the best gear in the game. PvP'ers weren't about that and wanted their own assortment. WoW introduced resilience gear to make it attractive to pvp'ers but not so much for those who primarily raid. Now, the other side of that would be if you removed expertise from this games pvp gear the pve'ers would be the ones complaining that gear is far too easy to get as they have to go through, by comparison, difficult and long encounters to get equivalent gear pvp'ers can get through a much easier method which would kill off pve content. Sure, you do it for fun no doubt however I'm sure many players don't simply pvp or pve and do a mixture of both, where this presents a problem.
  7. Except that it's broken. Don't be so pretentious about it assuming you are all knowing based on your limited experience. For all we know it could simply be broken for certain classes. I don't know if it's true, but from my view I've noticed many of the people that complain about it are Inquisitors who find themselves with a full resolve bar and stunned to death AFTER said resolve bar has filled itself. I have, several guildies I play with, along with a bunch of others I play pvp with in game have noticed it doesn't always work right. All of us have been chain stunned with a full resolve bar. It's not simply not being able to move, we're unable to ACT. Does it work at times? Sure, but not always. Hence, broken.
  8. Healers get 4 medals by only healing. 2.5k healing in one hit 5k healing in one hit 75k healing 300k healing That's all we get as healers. If they're getting more it's because of the warzone's system awarding to all (defender medals, etc..) I don't understand the issue as they're just trying to hit their 4 medal cap before the match ends. DPS/Tanks on the other hand get oodles of chances to get their 4 medal cap thanks to the plethora of medals that are awarded for doing damage and guarding/taunting
  9. I'm sorry what? I couldn't hear the complaints over the gravround spamming. Seriously though. they are mirrored just fine against their counterpart. We say the same about troopers being overpowered being able to take a nearly endless amount of damage, heal themselves and spam gravround over and over again just like republic players say the same about bounty hunters (replace gravround with tracer missile)
  10. Basically, you're saying why are they even playing video games at all? Part of the fun of playing games is getting new stuff to use. Just because you think all games should be a sandbox doesn't mean others do.
  11. What I meant was that if they attained that title, they played enough warzones to know what not to do. If they still did it they were either too slow on the uptake or just didn't care and trolled.
  12. ^^ many of us have played these same three maps enough to understand what people mean without having to think it through.
  13. Getting to that rank was a sense of accomplishment. If you saw people in pvp with that rank you at least understood they knew what had to be done to win the warzone (not screw around in center in huttball fighting the tank with 2 healers healing him untouched) Also, the stat difference from champion to bm isn't exactly stellar. Perhaps you should check it out before making the statement that BM gear makes people godmode. There's a better stat bonus going to champion from centurian than champion to battlemaster.
  14. wall of text says you're whining because you can't get full champion in a day. How about you play the game and get the commendations over time like the rest of us. lazy kids, I swear.
  15. While their spam abilities (each have ONLY ONE by the way) should be tweaked a little by making them more expensive to use, they're fine otherwise. Tracer Missile and Grav Round should cost more to cast and force lightning/whatever the pub equivalent name cost more force to maintain. It's a simple fix and doesn't require huge nerfs across the board.
