You're not paying attention. There is one and it's -35% healing received debuff on everyone.

Here is my current build However, I am thinking of tweaking it a bit tonight. I tried getting the 2% Alacrity bonus in the Assault tree and I didn't notice a difference. My cast times with AMP and MP aren't dropping below their 1.9 and 1.4 cast times, and I am not really noticing a huge difference in the global cool down. I am going to try adding more Alacrity with gear and see what happens and see what happens. Also not this is a PvP build. A PvE build wouldn't necessarily need the bonuses to reactive shield.

I personally don't care for them really. I just get the ones I get and that's it. But I know lots of people who love them and go out of their way to get them all.

Every single day something happens with this game to tick me off more and more. FFXIV rerelease can't come soon enough, at least they realized they screwed up and fixed it.

So damage gets their 30% increase with expertise in 2.0 and healers get nothing? A 5% increase with Expertise but -5% with Trauma. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. This also PROVES nobody reads tickets sent in game or posts on the PTS because I calculated that I was impossible for healers to get a 35% healing increase with Expertise, but I guess nobody cared. Goodbye Star Wars. I'm tired of my Commando healer being the bottom of the barrel in healers and these developers being SO AFRAID to let healers heal.

They weren't really any more OP than focus Sentinels/Guardians. As I've said there is minimal skill required on any class. Push buttons in the sequence which best suits your class. It's having some logic that players seem to lack. Blaming a bad nerf on "L2P" is silly, because one doesn't just suddenly forget to play. As for Commandos, lol yes most people who play that class need to go to Button Pressing School, however I've been seeing them get their 600k in regular matches; which has been the highest in the warzone.

The whole "L2P" argument always makes me laugh. It's an MMO. If you can see, read and push buttons in a sequence based off what you read then you can play an MMO well. It's not like the skill level required to play is so above and beyond the average human being. Either way, I'm not seeing many Vanguards/Powertechs at 55. They've all dusted off their Gunslingers and Commandos. Looks like they should of called the expansion Rise of the Grav Round Commandos.

I've been running around on my Commando in 55 PvPwith a premade, all of us still wearing our EWH gear and we have not lost a game yet. In 50-54, we lost a handful of games at most, not sure out of how many but quite a few. Bad players will always be bad.

I'm a woman and my main character is male. A female trooper just didn't seem right.

I just don't see a point in arguing with you about it. At the end of the day, it's all just a game with a screenshot in a thread a lt of people will only glimpse over. Good luck in your next game if you quit and good luck with this one if you stay.

Well, personally I've never seen this bug and I feel like it could be very unlikely that this happened. I don't use Full Auto as a healer, and rarely use Plasma Grenade and Mortor Volley (unless I need to stop caps) which doesn't happen in Hypergate because I'm usually at mid. In this particularl Warzone, I used Mortor Volley once. Either way, it's fine I guess. What am I gonna do? argue with you for another 10 pages?

lol I told you how, it was on a fresh faced 50 in PvE gear. Don't disregard my gear either. I am fully mix/maxed EWH too, the only thing I never ended up getting was a PvE armoring for my belt, I used a Black Hole body armouring instead. As a healer, I've seen people doing this recently on Repub side. Yes, people have gone into 50 PvP with their mixed bag of 40-50 leveled PvE armor (I've even seen someone with level <30 stuff on before). It's rare, but I've seen it. I don't play imp side, so I don't recognise their gear visually to notice if they were in PvP gear or not, I only assume that they were not due to the fact I smashed them with a High Impact Bolt and their health just vanished. You claim it's a bug in the score board, but I've played this game since launch and have never once seen the scoreboard bug out. I've seen it not count biggest hits or heals (this is due to over damage or over healing) but never randomly fabricating something that "didn't happen". But that's okay. <3 I'm curious to see other screenshots of things that you disregarded, just out of curiosity, because I've never seen the scoreboard bug.

My healing output has changed drastically and I am doing nothing different. The first match I plate I got 1200 healing/s. but I'll have to wait till I am 55 and geared before I make an official call.

30% on it means its useless because <30% health is when people can use takedown skills on you. I hate the new adrenaline rush. It sucks.
