Here is my take 2400 rated lock/shammy/warrior got sick of arenas to get best pvp weapons. I also got sick of FotM and OP classes and the runaround that was class balancing. I came to this game to avoid comparing epeens with people like you. BTW I W1N

Wow, so class balancing would not affect other areas of gameplay? That is where wow failed trying to balance around all aspects of gameplay. That plus they kowtowed to certain communities (rogues and whatever class Kalgon was playing). The classes as of right now aren't to badly put of balance but getting nailed by 2 Ops in a 2v2 would have everyone screaming for nerfs. Your points all show why there should not be any arena balancing because then every class would be alike just like WOW. Adjusting the classes would be to change there specific feel and I would be against that. This game was never intended to cater to one particular group. Coming in here and demanding changes that would dramatically changes the way the game looks and feels is just not right. Heals should never be as powerful as DPS Mercs do not suffer for not having one as there are way more threads about TS/GR spam than not having an interrupt. I have one and I don't find taht it matters as I have other abilities in my toolset that do damage and will interrupt as well. Ops having a gap closer would make that class so OP this forum would be drowned in cries for nerfs. The issues with animation delays are being addressed right now. Sp, calling the suggestion stupid and giving me ammo to strengthen my point doesn't seem all that bright.

I'm tired of pillars "missing" the boss when a Fraps playback shows otherwise. This happens less that your fraps playback might think I'm tired of, when being flung around the room that sometimes it will kill a player from full health, throw them into a different "zone", or just cause them to hang out in the air. Never seen it kill anyone at full health post your video so we can look at it. The next 2 are usually due to getting to phase 2.5 when someone IS in the air. I'm tired of poor collision detection on the Lightning Balls causing players to take unnecessary damage. On HM and NMM the balls have a ranged attack and teh radius for the explosions is larger I'm tired of the shield sometimes refusing to come down in phase 2 and 3. Have to live with this one I am afraid. I'm tired of platforms not respawning after a wipe. What's a boss without a few bugs I'm tired of "extra" mind traps. Down the first one faster I'm tired of the speeder bike not taking you to the last stop after a reset. This is just annoying I am kind if curious why people bash on BW so much. This is their first MMo and EV left teh gates without enough testing on live. The last beta we had it XRR-3 was wiping the raids at 10% (he did it again to my guild this past week). KP has run much smoother and drops basically the same loot. It offers a little more challenge and though I ghate Hutta we always start there rather than EV because of teh bugs.

I am against arenas as a form of reward system and any other system is doomed to failure precisely for the reasons Mirialol (sp?) gave. I agree that arenas sharpen skills for 1v1 or 1v2 encounters. I might support them IF ... I agree with you 100%. Too many people want it now and they want it their way. This following reply is indicative of the I WANT IT NOW/I WANT IT MY WAY. You have do either dailies to get one through comms and those are the least of the pcs AND you have to be level 50. Or you have to gather 7 friends and down bosses in EV and KP in hard or nightmare modes. I think the thing the makes most irritated by this thread is that you claim to have earned everything in life. Well, the devs have set the down teh path to earn it AND it's not what you want. So, you come to the forums and complain and justify your irritation by claiming you have earned it NOW. To us, that earned it the hard way your thread and the justifications are weak give some better reasons to side with you and you just might be surprised.

Wow I have been on the forums for awhile awhile was in the December of 2010 test group and in the beta since then I have never see ONE of your warnings. The only class that should be wary is mercs since everyone else owns marauders, So read the aforementioned William Shakespeare quote

Yeah because your group was most likely concentrating on the gold while the 3 silvers kicked your tail. Have teh tank stay on the gold and DPS the silvers down as fast as possible. The tank may need to use a CD or 2 but no one should die with a competent tank. As a juggs I use my aoe taunt to start and then the fear. Having done this so often I keep a taunt on up on the gold and DPS one silver down watching the heals so he doesn't get blasted.

Gee I am not a Juggs or anything <rolleyes> and yes I do run with another Juggs and there have been more than one sorc on my team. Again learn to counter because if I do nor have a heals with me I am so much empty armor and if I do have a heals with me attacking me makes no sense but you guys keep doing it

Smash Juggs are a one trick pony and meat for most ranged classes. So you ogt roflstmpoed a few times learn to counted with what you have on hand. Get in a premade and roflstop them back. A Powertech or Assassin complaining about this issue is just plain sad.

It's not reasonable. If he got it at 1100 someone else would want 1200. It's another case of I want it and I want it now. to grind out all those you need 4000 WZ comms and you want to sniffle over 50? That is barely ONE FREAKIN' PERCENT. Oh yeah NERF SOMEONE ELSE

He has a good question. I was standing the bridge in VS looking at the door. When it went purple and detonated while the announcement was going on. A shadow then appeared briefly to run through the door and move on. Either an exploit, a huge (6+ second lag spike) or I blinked for a looooooooooooooooooonnnng tiime. I also witnessed a pub cap snow in much teh same way. Not there one second and teh next the turret is capped. Three WTHs appear in chat as no one saw the person who capped and all of us were right there.

I feel for you man as I am a tank myself and our first run I got 3/5 Columi. Spend the tokens and get into HMs you will thank me for it. You need only 2 - 3 pcs of Columi to get in and do well. You will get some armor on your first HM run. Having said that, After our first run on normal we jumped into Hard modes and I have gotten jack since then lol 7 weeks and still not full 1.3. At least try the HMs you can still do the Normals afterward.
