  1. So we just killed the voice of the emperor and not actually the emperor ? My reason for checking is at the end of the sith warrior story line it is mentioned a Jedi Knight killed the true voice of the emporer and I have read the book description from Revan and that is not even close to how the emporer is described, especially as he did not have the right eye colour. Discuss.
  2. The short version: L2P -> use healer comp -> spec watchman (level 40 you will have your final ability and own everything)
  3. You can go DS and be this amazing bad man who throws people about, viciously kills without hesitation, or you can go LS and be an *** kiss and a boot licker. The choice is yours, but I prefer to be a ****** so DS win.
  4. seriously this is the first time you have noticed this? Have a quick look at the boards for future coming updates, personally I still want to know if I have a sith pureblood as a Jedi will people react to me being a sith Jedi, because they should, I want people in game (talking about the npcs) to be alarmed that such a thing is happening.

Seeing as we are getting a hood up hood down function sometime later in the patches, why not add a cloak on off, ever notice in starwars how obi wan and Anikan walk in with their full jedi cloak on then they take it off before the battle? Why not a feature to remove the robe to fight in just the Gi? (No im not suggesting it do it automatically, just another cosmetic thing that you can choose like hood up or down). A second one, we have a lot of emotes, some working, some not; why not add in some saber flurrishes based on the weapon stances, I remember the flurry you could do back in Kotor which was pretty swanky. This one is has probably been said a lot but having your companion ride shotgun when you use a taxi, their is always that extra seat that is not being used and very often the companion doesnt resummon after a taxi (or when you change areas in a flash point). Technically not a cosmetic idea, but why can we not link Legacies? like say I have a wife who is playing, why cant we link our accounts for a legacy? or if I have a brother/sister/child playing, shouldnt we be able to link our accounts and familiy trees? ill post some more later, like to see what ideas others have too

This People need to learn their roles when they pick classes, you pick a healing class like commando or sorcerer and you cry that cant beat a Marauder or Sniper in one on one pvp then you are being silly and should pick a dps class rather than healings class or if you cry that your tank cant out dps a dps class in pvp although if you used your role right you would be more valuable to the team or even worse if you pick a dps class and complain you cant tank more than one guy; seriously this is where all the forum qq comes from and why everyone just spouts l2p. When I play tank, I tank, hurray 8 or 10 medals for keeping my healers guarded and protecting the objectives, when I play dps I make 5-7 medals with killing all their healers and tanks so my team can get the objectives; would of thought stuff like this was obvious but then again too many WoW players lurking about.

As a BM marauder who has played since beta, Anihilation until 1.2 is the only spec worth choosing for both, once you hit around 40 and get anihilate you begin to dominate pvp, and it is fairly good all the way through leveling. WZ fully geared with Rakata stims you make easilly over 400k damage and using undying rage correctly you can quite easilly take two of three people as you can heal up with beserk, a Rakata medpack and every cirt bleed; in short till 1.2 stick anihilation. Not being to be mean or anything, but a level 28 is only voicing an oppinion, not how the class actually works, most people will tell you that Marauder/Sentinel at the moment is the top damage class when you get someone who knows how to play it.
  9. A lot of people dont see why you would go Jugg instead of Mara, well four easy medals that Mara cannot get is one thing, the second is huttball. Force push to refresh charge and intercede are amazing utility for this mode, plus being able to redirect damage even as a DPS spec really helps your allies, it is a team game especially when Ranked comes out, I run both and I am very much looking forward to these changes, potentially it will boost both, just got to be smart with your specs.

DPS wise sentinels/marauders are currently the best in the game when specilised as watchmen/anihilation, especially if they have undying rage ready for survivability; However we are seeing a rework coming soon for warrior/knight so it could all change, just pick what you like more, two or one lightsabers
  11. Hi, I am a champion minimum equiped marauder spec'ed to anihilation. I am healers worst nightmare and I can shred through them in a matter of seconds interupting all their healings attempts making them useless on the battlefield.

I would like to comment that the arguements in the first post are very weak, all I read was I do not know how to move and attack, plus I have loads of abilities that I do not know what they do, what is the point of undying rage?! so as much fun as a pointless long and thought out message would be for this obvious troll I will stick to: Marauder is probably the best class currently in the game; l2p, respec, bind your keys, read all your abilities, pick up the other 3 medals that are easy for marauders who spec to anihilation.
  13. Marauders eat Healers, it is what we are best at killing, if you use your interupts right they cannot heal effectively and are quickly killed. I find with my Tank it takes serveral people to take me down, although they dont hit very hard they get an easy 3 medals so overall it leveled a lot quicker than my marauder which was getting 5/6 medals a game my tank was picking up 8/9 without a party to back them up. Personally I am looking into which class to play through next but all I ever see is everyone saying "-insert class- /r buff". Just go with what looks nice and make it overpowered the game seems pretty balanced and all the typical players and forum users say their class is sucking and needs an upgrade when I was playing marauder from the start which has always been one of the most dominating classes in pvp since beta, even if we lost pull.
  14. when I first saw the guild name Sith Happens, I totally joined that guild, amazing guild name. The very worst game names ive seen is all the harry potter ones, voldemort being the most common.
  15. as much as I would love a knockdown as a Marauder, the time that it would give me to unleash damage on someone who was knocked down or CC if we had one of those abilities would make the class far too overpowered. I would defintely like a pull ability though, it means Marauders would not be useless in huttball

A lot of people complain that carnage is not too competitive for pvp, Rage spec in my oppinion should be used by Juggs not Marauders; however I think anihilation is beastly although personally I am thinking about changing a round a few skills to speed up my interupts to make healers even more useless against me.

  19. Try anihilation with some biochem enhancements, notice instant damage boost/survivability. Rage spec seems more designed for Juggs, carnage isnt that great. If you in trouble use undying rage getting 30 stacks of fury is not hard with anihilation so use it for beserk followed by Frezy and a second berserk and thats 24% healing not including a medpack and both saber ward and cloak of pain are very effective; plus if you do get into too much trouble intidating roar knocks out everyone for six seconds, 80% speed boost with pred and a cloak and your more than gone. 300k Damage isnt something that is unheard of as a marauder.

Personally I think the item set bonus for level 50 pushes favor into the juggs hands, you know the whole 8% healing every 20 seconds and the plus 10% damage increase after force charge, with a rage build ive seen people pump out 8k AoEs as Juggs. Having said that I still prefer to play Marauder as they have a lot more tools at their disposal
  21. Nice easy way to get an aditional four medals a game, its not like it breaks combat in the warzones or anything, just helps recover between fights, would be nice to see if stealth classes can use it midfight though

I like some of the ideas floating around here, but it feels like most of you are basing your ideas on always having superior gear than your opponents. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#100bIrRroMcGzZhZhr.1 I use this spec based on pvp and it still works beautifully in pve. Pulverize is why I would beat you in 1 v 1 especially as I will be pumping out a lot more bleeds than you and with my high crits I will probably be out healing your normal saber damager as you will have everything on CD besides maybe a viscious slash which wont refresh your rapture. I dont really get caught in AoEs as I am always moving so I dont need the damage reduction there, 4% internal and elemental is not enough for me to want it immediately over the 10% heal from unleash and I have always found seeping wound to be vital especially as the first thing any range class does is run and I dont want to be wasting rage on another ability like crippling slash (plus pve I can use it for my spinny kick). Ive used this build when below level 50 to beat most of the 50s during the warzones before the brackets were seperated then from level 47-49 after they seperated the brackets I was finding I was getting over 60 kills a game without deaths, this is not an exaggeration.
