Ok well... the 5.5 changes actually nerfed healing output by a bit so if NOW your desire to pvp has been killed I’m not sure what was keeping you going prior to 5.5 -
If people hacking in swtor isn’t funny to you, then you take regs wayyy too seriously. Also while these people are hiding in walls they can’t be healed so literally just aoe them down.

I’m speaking strictly for pvp but the nerfs aren’t that bad. They’re pretty mild compared to the hiding other healer classes got, and our greatest strength (cooldowns) remain untouched

The merc healer nerfs are nothing compared to how the other two classes got blasted. If the utility changes nerf things like 70% kolto and trauma regs though that will be a noticeable nerf

Marauder is very weak class it needs lots of defense buffs to make it viable k thnks -
It’s not just the number of abilities that are instant. Note that innervate, static barrier, and roaming mend are substantial burst heals that are instant or casted while moving, and compare that to kolto waves, kolto infusion, and kolto injection

While player skill is the most important factor, gear can provide a noticeable advantage

Please this. Rn they're buffing operative burst in a way that doesn't help in ranked and nerfing the hots even more. Nerf kolto waves and MAYBE recuperative nano and move some healing into kolto probes to reward good hot management
