  1. Ilum is next. There is a portion of Ilum that is a PvP area, but you won't see that while questing. At 50 this is what I would do - in no particular order: Ilum Black Hole Makeb Queue for the daily FP's comms. Maybe Section X if there's enough people there so you an finish the Heroic 4.
  2. This is me - one set of gear per character. Still have the same gear on my Operative, my first level 55, that was my first augmented armor set. It costs too much to augment a new set. So I never bother looking for new armor after a character gets to max level and I augment their gear.
  3. They are an additional modification to anything you can equip, from armor, weapons, to earpieces and relics. For a commando you'll most likely want augments with either aim or power... unless one of your other stats is lacking, like accuracy. I wouldn't worry about them while leveling, it'll get really really expensive if you try to keep them up to date while leveling. Instead, I'd wait until you are 60, then augment everything. Unless you have crafters, you'll most likely get the augments off the GTN. You'll also need to make sure the piece you are augmenting has an augment slot. Which you'll need an MK-## kit (MK-10 kit for the highest level) and an augment station.
  4. I'm a clicker - and any ability that's on the global cool down timer I can click before the GCD timer is up. Switching targets, switching players while on my healer, never had a problem clicking before the GCD timer was up. The only issue I ever have is with interrupts. And only on the really fast cast abilities do I have issues.
  5. The RD-07A Vendetta is what I use on my operative. Dyed a darker color. With a DLA-13 Heavy Blaster Rifle
  6. If you can't click it to continue the quest, it's not resetting from the previous player. Try switching instances and see if it's working in a different instance.
  7. Unfortunately, for the kingpin blasters you'll have to wait until the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife Event comes back. http://dulfy.net/2014/05/08/swtor-nar-shaddaa-nightlife-event-vendor-items/ The Interstellar Regulator's you'll have to search the GTN and hope for the best
  8. I use 2 kingpin blasters on my gunslinger: http://tor-fashion.com/kingpins-blaster/ I use the CZX-4 on my powertech: http://tor-fashion.com/czerka-czx-4-blaster/
  9. If you are on the imp side there are 2 shuttles down to the surface. If you haven't gotten far enough in the story, you can't use the first one.
  10. They can heal ... and everybody knows healing with a weapon is so much more awesome than any other way to heal.
  11. There are at least 3 other Voss off of their home world in SWTOR - as an optional part of the gunslinger storyline.
  12. You can still buy iso's with basics. They moved to the crafting vendor though. They aren't on the basic comms gear vendor anymore.
  13. I haven't died to any... but what I find funny/confusing is I'll fight a gold mob and be down maybe 10% health. Then move on to the next pull, after healing to full, with one silver and end up below 1/2 health. Not all silvers are like this though. Only seems to happen if they drop a DOT on me.
  14. Thanks for all the suggestions yeah, I realize this. But the 192 companion gear is good enough, if not better, than what's needed for anything I'll be using a companion for. Once all my 60's are in 192+ gear, I'll probably start gearing companions in 192 comms gear. But I'm not going to bother gearing them in 186 comm gear when they already have the 192 companion gear. Looks like this is what I'll be doing for now.
  15. I have two characters that are in 186 (or better) gear and maxed basic commendations. All my other 60's are in full 186's. With the new weekly companion gear on Yaivin, I don't need basic comms to gear any of my companions. So what is there to spend basic comms on once I don't need the gear anymore?
  16. When I was preferred, I've done it a few times to transfer money between toons. Though you'd have to have checked the GTN within the 30 or so seconds it took to post it, log out, log in my alt, then purchase it. And it's only been one item at a time.
  17. If I remember right, a while back the devs said they fixed a few of these spots... If you quick travel and the elevation difference is significant, your companion will die from falling damage. They acknowledged that there will be spots they missed. And that if it happens, send in a bug report with your starting destination and ending destination so they can get it fixed. It still happens to me on occasion. But it takes less than a second to revive my companion. So I don't bother sending in a bug report.
  18. Sorry. it's bound to Revan. Even in his incorporeal form. Just because it's laying there on the ground, you wouldn't be able to pick it up.
  19. If you would use some defense mode, your eyes could dodge that!
  20. Also emotes work across faction. example: /thanks <with opposite faction selected> they will hear the 'thanks'
  21. Shut down your client, go take a LONG break. When you get back you'll be able to log in another character. The server will eventually log out your stuck character if your client isn't connected. Not sure hot long it take, I'd guess 10 minutes. I'd take a 30 minute break then come back... it's not like you'd be able to play during that time anyway edit: never mind. looks like you have it taken care of now
  22. I saw that claim in a different post. So I quickly checked it on my tank specced powertech. Seems that it is 20%. I only spent a minute or two looking at the description in the abilities tool tip - not doing any real testing against mobs. So I'm not 100% sure damage actually is reduced by 20%... but the tool tip is definitely displaying 20% reduction.
  23. While I agree this needs to be fixed. At level 60 you should be able to solo the tactical versions... Haven't tried yet though as I haven't hit 60 yet.
