  7. The fact that the icon can get the large to being with is hilarious in & of itself. It is the only button you cannot turn off & it can also become humongous. What crap.
  8. I can't believe you guys are pointing out so many mistakes, I thought this was fool proof! BAH! I will begin working on a system that will create a character, use the buttons, & automatically buy & discard hyper crates over & over again.

  10. That's what I want to know.....Senya has absolutely been established as a powerful Force user & an extraordinarily capable warrior. She did take town, what, six of the Nathema Zealots during the new cinematic as well? In addition to the prowess she's displayed throughout KotFE. She is rather the opposite of a grunt or a common soldier.

  13. I know that other people in game feel this way, but I am curious to know what the forums would say. There are two common occurrences throughout any story you play in SWTOR that may seem small, but they happen so often it can easily become a detriment to immersion or enjoyment. One of those things being your character, throughout cutscenes, being tossed around like a rag doll at the whim of powers from NPCs. Certain stories or times calls for battles & struggles, undoubtedly, but I find my characters being overpowered so easily & so many times that it makes the player seem weak & helpless. How can I believe that my character is an important & strong individual, unique to the plot at hand, when they are so effortlessly thwarted? Another thing that frequently comes about is during dialogue. Selecting an option within a conversation & the PC says something intimidating, clever, witty, or as a proposition - but it is instantly met & dismantled by a superior retort from an NPC that throws insult back into the face of the character. An example of this is extremely early on in gameplay, during the Black Talon FP run. You confront Satele Shan & you can intimidate her with a dialogue option, but without missing a beat she hurls it back & makes your PC look like a fool. That is not fun & that is not enticing gameplay. Another thing I recall is during the Consular storyline. When facing your foes throughout the first chapter, no matter how many times you declare your victory or upper hand to a situation, the enemy's constantly respond with "I have already one," or "You have already failed." Over, & over, & over again. It can be infuriating to hear this nonsense regurgitated throughout the experience & to be made feeling like the character you're playing isn't as powerful or intelligent as the NPCs you interact with. TL-DR, Does anyone else think it is annoying how often your character is so easily thrown around, or how often the conversations you have with NPCs leave your character feeling insulted or not as smart as the NPCs? I really think that's something that ought to change. It even happens in KotFe. You are supposed to be this bamf by the final battle & you ~still get the crap beaten out of you.

It certainly seems evident that the vast majority of the community is not OK with these changes - their ought to be at least a poll on our behalf, staged by the devs, to determine if we actually need/want this. Because for them to say they are listening to us is a bold faced lie; no one has ever suggested an RNG based end-game system, to the best of my knowledge. It does not seem anyone wants it either.
  15. Vette's return was definitely one of the higher points of the KotFE. She's a helluva lot funnier than Koth, who just makes me cringe & want to murderize him immediately. I skip through every single conversation with him. In addition to his awfully timed & recycled 'comedy', he adds nothing to the story & has not any depth. Vette's return was most welcomed to me, especially her first appearance! I actually laughed out loud with a smile.
  16. I agree. Gearing alts is an important activity, this new system seems as if it is trying to prevent it. Beating a few bosses & then bringing in an alt to gear them is a part of progression, a part of the fun. Gaining ranks in another gigantic interface system for RNG crates is boring, tedious, & defective.
  17. Ah I see, thanks. That's why I talked about rolling for gear & keeping track of who needs what & from which bosses is so fun. The point of defeating these Ops is to get rad loots, especially with rare cosmetic drops. Everyone getting RNG Boxes is not exciting or creative.
  18. I've never heard of a raid team that doesn't need DPS. How are you gonna beat enrage timers & phases in NiM? lol Or are you saying that their DPS are already geared & they do not need those drops?
  19. I always found that rolling for gear during prog groups & keeping track of who has/needs the new gear to be the most fun. Wasn't that the point? Defeating bosses for treasure? So now it is just going to a weird system where everyone gets rewarded with something they ~may be able to use? Unless I am simply not understanding it correctly. It baffles me that such a huge change would go without a poll from the playerbase, this seems like something that should at least have some pull from the players. On that note, not sure if there's an answer yet, but will these end game command crates only drop gear for your class/spec? Or is it entirely random?
  20. I'd definitely hope the rest of our companions are to be revealed in the expansion. It has taken quite long enough. There are some real fun potential match ups, like Scourge with the Warrior or Akaavi with the BH, & so forth.
  21. You can filter Guild members by "Last Played," which can go by hours or days, depending on their activity. Try playing around with the UI before making a suggestion, you may already have your answer!
  22. The weapon vendors offered some of the most unique choices of weapons, moddable or unmoddable. They also offered many of the item crates previously unlockable with commendations which could offer some of the most rare & unique weapons as well, like the Wrath Infiltrator. Even if for cosmetic value, or perhaps for characters not seeking to fully mod their gear during a play through & use simply gear that can be acquired through missions or vendors, I'd definitely like to see these old vendors returned!
