That is an answer. and you must that on the forums about max 10% players posts.. and HATERS are just so persistent (of course EA BW gave them the reason to hate), mainly because the bugs and Customer Service. So probably the main reason why you have so positive experience is that you haven't got any issues that demand contacting Customer Support:D(and wish you that didn't had such situations in future) But as have you stated this game is IMO an GOOD MMO and yes it changes its quality in time..Hey if it wasn't good the servers would be empty by now.
  2. So when the Class Representatives questions are over for now maybe it is time for General Questions about the game Life Quality Improvement should start.... Like... 1. Are planning to improve or change the speed of taxis or add second option fly 3x times faster for 3 times greater fee . Those on Alderan are pretty slow you can go do something else while you waste 3-5 min just fly from one point to another(i am talking about Imperial ones) 2.Social Items Vendor on Fleet with just two items? Shouldn't it have at least the Party Instigator and Party Bomb not to mention all that armor scattered on all planets and there are many others small/general/concept issues that could improve our gaming experience.... Just like you did with Fleet instant Transport and quick travel changes... and by the way BIG THANK YOU FOR THAT:D
  3. And it is all because the lvl 55 PVP is GvG (grear vs gear)aka Gear Wars... if you have inferior gear you get atleast 20% damage...and multiply when it crits:)
  4. The current problem of PvP is lack of significant number of players participating in this part of the game. Thats why the bolster came up, so too reduce the gap between the new players and the veterans of PvP. So they(New players) have greater chance of having positive experience in participating WZ's. So in the best interest of the PvP community is the increase the number of new players that will have positive experience when participating in PvP activities What affects our PvP experience 1.Gear I favor the situation when there combat is your skill vs opponent skill not the gear,skill combination From overall community gathered opinion the bolster work fine in 10-54 PvP so for me it can stay in this way as it is but... For me bolster in lvl55 WZ PvP should give always the same base stats no matter what gear you wear. The stats should of course be different depending of your advanced class and specialization but when you meet your mirror or same class and specialization in WZ you will have for example Lighting Sorc vs Sage Telekinetic s with the same skill tree build will have exactly the same sats. The gear advantage in current WZ PvP discourages new players. The thought that you have to lose bad or horribly 100 or more WZ matches just have a chance to get base gear, not to mention other matches and learning how to mini/max it is for some player too much to bare....They gladly return to PvE content where they have the chance to win something and have fun..... the other positive side of this idea is better comparison of class/specialization effectiveness and easier balance changes to lvl55 content. 2.Skills L2P issue, the proper key bindings, rotation, tactical and strategical thinking, the mentality, the preferences of the player. The only thing to increase these is by learning by playing so the Sandbox/Training Ground/Tutorial WZ would be nice or just reduce the gaps between the new players and veterans( gear advantage and team matching, and knowledge about the specific class weakness,strengths and abilities) so they can focus on training their skill and increasing their tactial WZ knowledge. So that effort for new player to learn how to play with PvP content would be almost the same like the learning the PvE content. 3.Knowledge/in game experience(about other classes and their abilities) The need to create and lvl up to 55th lvl any class just to learn how to fight against those in lvl 55 WZ is the main source of complaints, nerf calls and frustration . It is another gap that some new players just don't have time and patience too cross. Not to mention the difference in graphical display of mirror abilities adds another gap/difficult layer to L2P. PvP The simple solution that you have an for example an 24h, one time access to every lvl55 advance class just too see the abilities and test them in few WZ, FP and OPS and in PvE. Those test characters may also give an incentive to actually create new.ones that beer suits our preferences 4.Exploits Current Bolster system favors and gives opportunity for exploits in with gear. And of course an in game mechanic, WZ map bugs and exploits.. The veterans of PvP can use those to their advantage over the n00bs.... so why do report the exploit when someone can benefit from them and the new player doesn't now is it a bug or exploit or he doesn't care about because he/she don't want to be a cheater or ply with those kind of bunch.So changing the lvl55 bolster, closxing the gap between players may result greater interest in the PvP content . And the more people report the problem the greater the chance that it will be dealt with. As for OWPvP bolster i see one problem how to calculate the right increase of EXPertise when you are lvl 30 and attacked by group of lvl 28 and lvl 55. for example.or more ppl in different case scenarios(you need expertise to fight with lvl 55 but probably none at all when fighting against lvl 28. ).. the number of math problems increase with number of players.
  5. I recently enjoy PvEing with my Pyro Merc and i wanted to buy armor with bonuses for this spec and i can't find none:eek:/..... i must either go tracer mssile spec or healing rly???

  7. So you give incentive to be one time subscriber/buyer then loyal subscriber cause you will get additional rewards and bonuses?? Do you want me to be only looking for special occasion subscriber or full 12 month paying subscriber?
  8. this move to give for free the RotHC can be an silent symptom that next Expansion is coming with another lvl cap increase... and i would like to see you waiting that 6 or months when the others get new abilities and gear....most of you/us/me wouldn't wait that long Now i just look at those lvl50 capped guys in HM FP... struggling with this FP when i can heal them with my Sorc 75% of their Health with innervate.. As for me i sensed that it would probably must come to this eventually if they want to release new content/expansion with another lvl cap(having people with lvl 50 next to lvl 60 in OWPvP with current gear system.. is like going to Dromund Kaas with your lvl55 and doing Heroics) .. so probably after 6-12 months the RotHC will be available for F2P guys too.

  16. i was thinking about the same penalty but i don't think so that kind of penalty is really necessary
  17. as always it can be WZ forbidden..... or FP's OP's and so on only in working in PVE OPVP world
  18. but this skiping is regular routine of all todays FP's Op;s.......rarely you have an group that want to go kill all version(which i like)... Yep if you have to purchase the belt for CC yes that would be discriminating and unfair... Still you had wait at least 20 sec to be harder to detect thats a lot of time for some WZ....
  19. yep changed that... (you still must avoid outpost guards on PvE servers or when you are flagged for PvP) As anyone can see the impact of this idea for pure PvE??

  21. thank for reply s I knew that stealth classes will be more against it but we could give you ability detect first so you will detect non stealth 2 m faster (of course except sniper) It was in KOTOR II, it is not uncommon to see in Star Wars lore an none "native" stealher useing stealth so it isn't something "new" If i want play using stealth yes then i will pick ***/Shad/Oper/Scoun but when i want stealth just for stealth...... and 6sec.of working .. nah then it will be not worth having..... only full time stealth

I would like to see an The Return of the Stealth Belt to the game that all classes can stealth just like in KOTOR Of course the stealth belt should not be so effective as natural/special classes ability. In General: * it should have at least 10-15sec cooldown * at the start effective stealth lvl should be 50% and it should take about 20sec standing still to charge the stealth to full stealth lvl, just like sniper stealth detection while in cover(of course the full stealth lvl should be some lvls lower then those Spec stealths) * After charging to full you can either move at 30% of your speed(turned off Sprint) while maintaining the stealth lvl or 50% of your speed(with Sprint) but you will lose some of that stealth lvl every second EDIT: we could give you stealthers ability detect first so you will detect non stealth 2 m faster (of course except sniper) So whats the benefits.. PvE/O PvP * less chance to get ganked when AFK or just have the ability to watch the enemy without being detected * you can finally gank a stealther, it gives greater start advantage for ranged class but not that much * it will be easier for non-stealth class to do objectives in hazard place like close to enemy camp * the pleasure of sneaking and avoiding nasty mobs groups(most people already do that now you can do it with style and in stealth) * It gives greater chance to avoid being constantly killed by high lvl player after revive by using medical probe. In other words after using revive with medical probe and when equipped with stealth belt(of course it can be some kind of device that doesn't need to be put in the slot just be in your inventory) you will have instant highest stealth lvl full speed(70%) for the usuall time that medical probe gives you 8s/12s? and after that time ends you are still in stealth with highest lvl but lower speed movement PvP * guarding a node and objective this way all classes will be effective guardians, at least giving the time to write on chat, and making harder first opener for Stealthers but always they can Stealth again(if we don't complain about real stealthers guarding the node then more Stealthers with no in stealth abilities shouldn't be much of a problem). It would give a nice room for bringing Merc/Com for WZ for Instant Concussion Missile or Electro-Net * capturing a node with non-stealthers with 30%/50% speed and lower stealth lvl shouldn't have so much impact on the game So for PvE it is rather an utility then a weapon for PvP it will change the gameplay but it always can be forbidden to use in WZ and requires further testing So what do you think?
