  1. They need to stop listening to WoW Fanboys. and give swtor some unique content that only it has and make it fun so we Want to play it, space battles was a flop but a example of that. It can still be improved, built upon and can become what i expect it to be.
  2. Yes it needs to be Unique and Engaging, it needs to push the envelope. Swtor did not do that, its endgame has become a form of WoW's endgame, and most people find that unacceptable, WoW is losing population because of its boring endgame, and Swtor jumped on the same bandwagon, and now they are going to get the same results, but even faster because they dident have a established loyal playerbase.
  3. The Reason is very simple, I have seen tons and tons of people bringing up things like "People are leaving because of a warrior jump bug!" and random crap like that. People aren't leaving because of one small issue with one class, this game has ALOT of bugs and obviously game harming attributes they need to repair, the long world cooldown is one of them, you don't really realize it unless you play multiple mmos at one time, but it really slows down SWTOR combat compared to other mmos. But don't let the small issues overshadow the largest issue of all, the main reason this game is not holding on to its subscribers is The Complete Lack of a Unique Endgame. In the mmo that shall not be named, you sit in a city, and wait for either a PvP Que or a PvE Que, SWTOR's endgame has become Just like this. Now I'm not sure if they purposely did this because the other game is so successful and they thought they could copy it for big money, but people would rather play the original than a copy. I have heard, more people than I can count say SWTOR has Alot of potential, the issue is they are not using that potential, and bioware seems to not even know its there. This game, if they still want to make it a large successful mmo, instead of bleed it dry for profits, actually has a fairly easy path set for it, the issue is, they don't see it. All in all, what this MMO needs is more of a sence of Uniqueness, currently the two biggest things that stand out are Voice acting, which is very nice but not very mmo-esqe, and Space Battles, which get burnt out extremely fast by nearly all players. What bioware needs to do, is start releasing more features to keep people busy, the other mmo that shall not be named, is doing that in their upcoming expansion because they realize people need more to do at endgame, but bioware seems to have no plan to change the endgame at this time, or atleast won't tell us about it. A Few Possible Features I have thought of, but im only one person: Swoop Racing, Pazzak & Dejark Gambling on Nar Shadda and Fleet, Companion Side Missions, go with your companion when they leave your ship on a mission, puzzles and such would be great too, KOTOR features where fun, unique, and I hope they add them before the game ends.
  4. People spitting on noobs and yelling at them is common in most mmos. The issue is this game's endgame content is not fun and plays out just like WoW.
  5. Razer Synapse sucks, i was getting alot of mouse lag, got rid of it and brought back my old driver. which was difficult, and it now works better.
  6. Lmao this isent why people are leaving, mabye 1/1 million will leave for this issue.
  7. If they did plan on it before launch even, it was extraordinarily dumb of them not to push back release, and should be investigated for fraud to overcharge us and then pull the product from under our feet.
  8. I find myself nearly depressed over the slacking quality of mmos of late. I miss the old days, first day of WotLK gave me a overwhelming feeling of fun, cata the same feeling but lesser, swtor never gave me that feeling unfourtinatly, i want it so bad i just may buy MoP, and i will buy gw2.
  9. I don't think its fixable, I missed it entirely and couldent seem to do anything the last 8 or so talks with her... I actually tried to make my char flirt with her once, but it made her angry and i lost affection.
  10. Yup, I will be departing from swtor to partake in the guild wars aswell. If swtor adds some stuff i have been.. demanding.. I may come back and enjoy myself again.
  11. I think EA ate bioware Some of these things i don't agree with, like every class being able to use any lightsabre, we are force users who specialize in certain fields, much like how palpatine was a master of the dark side of the force and vader was more of a warrior who would strike you down with his sheer strength. I think this game is missing essential minigames that would spread out all content even more making everything funner and never giving you a dull moment. -- I really do want them to expand all forms of their space system, from the ship themselves to space combat.
  12. Will any playable content require cartel coins to take part in for subscribed players? An example would be, a operation.
  13. I really want them to lower the sub fee to $10 when the game goes F2P. Id pay $10, not $15, idky, it just seems like a $10 mmo because its missing so much stuff.
  14. Allow us to warp to planets, but make it so we exit warp still in space with a huge space station available to dock on by flying into its hanger bay, it automatically use its tractor beam to pull you in when you gear near. If you get to close to a planet, you will simply begin losing health untill your ship explodes and you respawn on the hanger. This would open up a much better space system where they could have random events such as Fleets literally engaging eachother in massive warfare. Imagine you decide to return to Korriban where you went through the academy, to find a massive space battle going on between the empire and republic fleets, you turn your ship towards the action and engage other players who are laying siege to the empires fleet. Let the war for universal domination begin? -Please do this bioware. Heck if there was a game like this I would actually pre-order it.
  15. I want the expansion to be packed full of the missing minigames which will spread out content more making everything in general funner.
  16. F2P Dosent fix the underlying problem of Swtor. There isent enough content to keep us amused. We need more things to keep us entertained and spread content out more, otherwise we might run 5 flashpoints every day and eventually be too bored to even want to look at them. Examples for Fixing this issue: Swoop Racing, Multiple Mini-game Gambling (Pazzak, Dejark, etc), Constant Random Event System (Like every day a different event happens giving us access to daily's or something with unique prizes only obtainable from that specific event, and they would repeat randomly), Last but Definitely not least, a Much Better Space System - bioware should take a look at EVE Online.
  17. I suggested these things before F2P, they should have listened to me, if they had they wouldn't think about going f2p because losing the massive amounts of subs they Would have would be unacceptable. Thats how I feel. Until they add new endgame features and such, this game won't even really be worth playing for free even, i have already burnt out every piece of content excluding half the class storylines, and bioware is still silent about any innovations.
  18. I give constructive criticism, I can clearly see why swtor is failing and what they can do to stop it and turn it around, yet in all reality, I'm talking to a brick wall. There's nothing i can do to help but post my thoughts, and yes the last month they have had a negative tone.
  19. Devs keep saying "Oh well we dident expect people would play 6-8 hours every day!", well my message to them is, GET A CLUE. Do they even LOOK at the numbers? MOST people play over 4 hours a day. All MMO's should be designed for the crazy mofos who dont even SLEEP and keep playing, because that signifies alot of content, and alot of content means people will stay subbed longer. And no, its not a question of "but they cant make content that much" and "we consume to much content!" Supply and Demand people, if demand is up, you add more supply. Swtor lost tons of subs, so they did layoffs, it's a business model, but for mmo's when they lose tons of subs, they need to combat it, by adding content even faster. Or they can get smart, and make content that will last a long time and can be built upon, these are called Features.
  20. If cartel coins limit you from content even with a sub, I will never touch this game with a ten foot pole. Cartel Coins with a sub should be for Mounts, Pets, Gear for LOOKS, A pazzak deck with custom insignias, or special swoops, like a gold plated swoop, who knows. Limiting content is not ok, and im pretty sure and Hope Everyone would quit if that happens.
  21. Swtor has the Same Endgame As WoW Swtor NEEDS: Swoop Racing Pazzak & Other Minigames to gamble credits with Better Space System, like the ability to explore, travel, and get into random battles kinda like EVE Online (most importantly, fly your own ship) A Dynamic random event system (Like Fleet v Fleet, Sand people invading a city on tat, etc!) Holiday events Something to put alot of effort and farming into for a guaranteed profit, a stupid example would be like Kill 500 jawas for 200k credits with no daily limit WoW MoP has around or over 100 daily's to choose from, they understand people are sick of being limited daily on their content, and so now they will have enough content to do for hours and hours on end, swtor needs to do the same. All of my points would be highly innovative designs, and make swtor more unique, because right now, Swtor's unique points arent that great, unless you enjoy space battles that much!, and believe it or not, voiceacting isent what a mmo needs, tons and tons of things to do, never a dull moment, is what a mmo needs.
  22. Most MMO's seem to be based on WoW these days. They saw WoW and its large profits So they decided to make a game identical to WoW to steal some subs and get a quick profit and then die because they have nothing more to offer.
  23. Yeah, if it continues either the entire MMO Genre will be destroyed. Or some company will take advantage of everyone else being short-sighted and rocket forward like never before seen, I have my eyes on bethesda, they have not failed me yet. People will say the MMO Genre is evolving into F2P, I say no, F2P is designed so they can be lazy, and go down the same river as WoW in the same boat nontheless and get a quick profit and then die, when they could kick it into gear and steal all WoW's subs instead.
  24. Love the suggestions, its what iv been trying to slap bioware with for a month now, im getting SOO impatient Don't stop at pazzak though, they could add the holochess game and add special themes you buy for cash, but for everyone else a few standard sets. Even if its only once? Why has everyone completely forgotten what MMO's where all about, and why people enjoyed them?! We like new stuff, new content, new features, more to do. WoW forgot, and now they are sinking slowly, Swtor followed WoW down the same river, and are sinking too. Its time to do something different. People aren't going to buy special gear models, pets and mounts, if they are bored to the point of quitting.
