500 ppl having the same ship,some color, same layout, same name is just one sided an stale come one is this the best bio can do. its bad enough we of the same class have the same looking crew members with all the same names. being able to make things custom is a must

as it stands right now your crew just stands there and does nothing maybe some random events can happen when you leave world a cut scene being attacked an you watch your crew shake off the bad guys. or when you upgrade your ship you see your crew working on the ship. maybe we can add some kinda game on the ship where your friends can come on and people can play. if you buy all the legacy things for your ship its still a boring place to be its like dead air. having your crew walking around would ad some kinda life. we really need to be able to name our ships this is dumb everyone of the same class having the same ship name

EA Weighs In On 'Star Wars: The Old Republic' Going Free-To-Play EA’s Star Wars: The Old Republic has been struggling lately, so it’s not that much of a surprise to hear that the MMO may adopt a free-to-play model in order to survive. The game has bled 400,000 subscribers since its peak in February. “We are looking at free-to-play, but I can’t tell you in much detail. We have to be flexible and adapt to what is going on,” BioWare Lead Designer Emmanuel Lusinchi said recently. Now EA has weighed in on the matter. “We’re going to be in the business from a long-term standpoint so absolutely we’re going to embrace free access, free trial, ultimately some day we can move in and embrace that model,” EA’s Frank Gibeau told GamesIndustry International, noting also that EA is ”really proud of Star Wars” and “ really excited about the launch.” “I don’t think subscriptions ever go away, but when you have an IP as broad as Star Wars, we’re definitely going to look at opportunities to grow that business and look at different ways of bringing customers in and serving them,” Gibeau continued. In other words, all options are on the table. Will free-to-play save the struggling MMO? With such a strong IP it’s startling the game has lost so many subscribers, pointing to much deeper problems than simply the loss of casual gamers. My own experience with the game was less than stellar. The over-abundance of long cut-scenes and fully voice-acted, animated sequences felt out of place in an MMO and made the game drag out unnecessarily. And the framerate issues were puzzling to say the least given the quality of the graphics. shufflng people around 122 servers is still going to leave servers dead unless they plan to cut some iv read some people left a dead server to only be sent to a server that is more dead . over 80 servers posted and Dreshdae Cantina is still not on the list this just makes me wonder when we are able to can will it be to a dead server . this will prob get closed. i was happy to see transfers were coming but the way its being done is crazy. they have to have some kinda plan on what servers they will release that day not just random draw. telling people a eta on when the servermight be released would be nice then just saying we cant release when a server will make the list untill the transfer goes live. this is really starting to grind my gears . im sure ill get the same cut an paste answer when this gets closed. some kimda eta on when Dreshdae Cantina and other servers would be nice this whole process is like blnd mice running around in a dark room. I just wonder how meny ppl chose to unsub due to this gaggle. have 8 toons im ready to moveout of this ghost town yet there are still stuck here. we dont need 122 servers they hould cut 10 to 15 servers of the list and ove them players to other servers. we dont have that meny players to fill 122 server even at ppek times, 1 is full 2 are very heavy 6 or 7 are standard and the rest is light. if stood by and defended this game an bio but its really starting to pull on my last nerve
