  1. You do not get any xp for class bonus missions, or companion missions. Training is free. The first one is not that big of a deal, we are swimming in xp as it is now, just something to be aware of. The second thing however, is huge. Yes even speeder training is free. This will make leveling even easier in the next few months.
  2. How do you know that though? Just like like the people telling the OP that he can't say it's going to horrible before he even tries/sees it, you can't say the opposite either. Me personally, I'm reserving judgement until the Stream tomorrow, I have a feeling it's not going to be that big of a change though.
  3. Pretty much this. I was willing to leave the game if you didn't approve, only to show my loyalty to great Sir Copperfield of course.
  4. Me me! I pre ordered! Mostly for the XP bonus, this is something I only ever dreamed of. Chances are, all my characters are going to be at 55 by SOR release
  5. At least now it's showing that it's offline.
  6. Yep, can't log in on harbinger
  7. Was just coming on to start a thread about this. I can get on all of the other servers just fine. I was planning on pulling an all nighter power leveling me new operative tonight
  8. Does it get better? I really enjoyed chapter 1 but the finale was just so bleh. I kind of lost the urge to play after
  9. 1. The Imperial Agent story was terrible 2. Skadge is one of the best companions in the game 3. Dark Side SW story is better than the light version. 4. Imperial Tattooine is one of my favorite planets 5. Madness is not OP
  10. Wait.... This game is also f2p, and yet you are playing?
  11. I want to change my votes, is this allowed? If yes, should I edit my original, or just post a new one?
  12. Done. Finished really fast, like under 5 minutes...
  13. I was in multiple betas, and I still bought the game. The collectors edition even (the ce is freaking awesome). I'm a huge ES fanatic, I couldn't help myself. As to the OP, as someone like you who has lived each and every ES game, you can not go into it expecting Skyrim with more people. There is a never ending list of things that scream in your face "this is not elder scrolls, it's an mmo. " I have not once felt like I was playing an ES game. Race design, terrible mmo quality AI, weightless and clunky combat, and Theme park setup versus the open go wherever you please when you please that our beloved single player games offer. I could keep going, as there is a very large list. Despite that though, I really truly want to like that game. I have gone back and resubbed three times since I bought the game. It's just so bad. So OP, I would not advise you to go out and buy a console for it, if you already have one though, I know gamestop was selling the pc versions for like 30 or so bucks after a couple of months. I would wait at least until then, or better yet, its for sure transition to f2p.
  14. While there are a lot more than three, and there are some i would love too see more than these three, I think these are more realistic and have the best chance too male it into the game. 1. Togruta 2. Bothan 3. What ever Nadia is I know these will never happen, but the ones I want too see the most are 1. Ithorians 2. Trandoshans 3. Kaleesh
  15. What could they have done though? If it was the standard auction house system we see here, could you imagine what would happen to the economy? There is a reason zenimax did what they did, but I just think the whole idea was bad. I will admit, I was using a straw man's argument for the community thing. I am against the mega server though. I don't know how widespread it is, but when I play, I have a lot of issues trying to run that game. Those might not all be because of the mega server, but I'm sure it is causing some of them. I also think merging PvP, RP, and PvP would be a terrible idea. It works in ESO because the only way you can PvP is in the PvP zone/instance. There is already an unholy degree of crying and moaning about being ganked from PvP players on PvP servers (mostly around event times I guess). Imagine how much more widespread that would become. I'm assuming it would also make RP'ers lives misserable. Having to share chat with non RP'ears and such (though I really wouldn't know, I don't RP). Like you said though, I doubt mega servers are going to become a widespread appedemic. And I severely doubt Bioware would even consider this. So, I'm not to worried about it. Although, I could see a single server each of the types (one big PvE, Rp, and PvP) if population dips to low. Although, I don't know what they would do for that RP-PvP server. Also, my sub is out, but I am still able to use the forums for now. If I stop replying, it's because the website caught up with me, not because I'm ignoring you.
  16. No. It was a terrible idea, and like everything else in that game, it was terribly executed. You lose all sense of community, chances are, you will only ever see the same person once. Because of the mega server, there isn't a proper auction house, the work around for that is the guild auctionhouse. There are plenty of other reasons, but I'm sure you can go find them out yourself. Bottom line is, Bioware, and every other mmocompany, should NOT copy ESO in that, or anything else.
  17. Until they have a proper first person like ESO, I couldn't imagine playing in first person. Even in that game, I play in third, despite the fact that I have played all the ES games in first person. In an mmo, third person view has to many advantages.
  18. That was intentional. Don't you see, all of our characters have to register. This will also bring back class stories, though ultimately leading up to the same missions. For example, the Sage will be caught with the church boy, and through the story, you end up going through sor. The dailies are about you going around the neighborhood informing everyone that you are a registered sex offender. You'really welcome everyone, I just told you all you need to know
  19. Personaly, I don't think so. Following right behind the sniper/slinger, I think it is the second worst class in the game. That's just because of play style preference. I like melee, with little to no casting/channeling abilities. Tanking is also my favorite role. You can see how that class is disliked from my perspective.
