Aren’t you the cheater? Why should anyone listen to you?
-
it was never meant to release with 7.0.1. At the earliest it is supposed to drop with 7.1.0. And we'll see if that happens
-
They’ve brought back most items that were a limited time offer and sub reward… so I’m sure it will be back. Soon? Probably not but in a couple years

7.0 is the best version of this game, without question
CrazyScruffy replied to HaoZhao's topic in General Discussion
Love how you don’t refute you’re part of Keith’s elite group. And only after calling you out on it do a couple more players magically appear to back you up. Must be nice to be an elitist -
Evidence of completing the requirements
CrazyScruffy replied to Sikssix's topic in Public Test Server
again they said Beginning to End. nowhere did they say to skip. And yes they posted the achievements as a milestone to let you know when you achieved/finished a story/expansion -
7.0 seems to have messed with scaling on a lot of missions. I was a lvl 80 toon and doing the chapter for season 2 GS. And i did it on veteran thinking it was going to be a cakewalk, i've already done them all on Master Mode easy enough. It was incredibly difficult to get through the adds (oddly enough the final boss was a fricken cake walk, like pathetically so). And that Iokath mission in particular has been a pain for a while, I can't imagine how wonky it is now. If heals doesn't work then yeah try a tank comp. or try to stay in the pack of allies as much as you can.

you said the enemies were 14 and you 13, so technically you were lower lvl. but that is in range for the planet as a whole, only place you should maybe struggle would be on the heroics there. but again with the new scaling system it's very possible that it went very wrong
-
well you are underlvled technically but it shouldn't be too much of a struggle. Its possible that its the reworked utilities and abilities. But I'm not saying I don't believe either one of you. It seems 7.0 has broken scaling in some ways as these fights should not be a struggle
-
we can assure you that you have never used your companion during this fight (it's actually part of the story and if you don't space bar through it you'll see him take out your companion for the fight). And often times newer players do have issues with this fight and the main reason is they did the planets in the wrong order and were underlvled. I can't say why you're struggling since the update as I have not done that mission since but I've always face rolled those guys solo. You should hopefully not need a sorcs healing ability to finish this fight

we really need to stop saying the Ubisoft is making a Star Wars MMO. they would have announced it as such if it were. They are making according to them: "a new story-driven open-world video game set in the Star Wars galaxy". I'm guessing it will be much closer to Division than SWTOR i honestly don't see another star wars mmo coming after swtor. unless somehow bioware makes a sequel
-
We're honestly being trolled by the devs
CrazyScruffy replied to swtorlogintwo's topic in General Discussion
Just want to note that Ubisoft is not making an mmo. Why that rumor started or where I have no idea. They are making an open world game (most likely in the same vein as Division). If they were making an mmo they would call it such. And this is likely the last Star Wars mmo for a long time. But most of this falls on EA. Most of their games have sucked recently and only been about getting $ not a quality product. I wish BioWare could breakaway and we might see real change. But sadly that won’t happen. Unfortunately I truly believe the devs aren’t trolling us. They have higher up and their marching orders. -
https://www.swtor.com/info/news/article/20210806 Not sure where the confusion is in their article announcing it. Never once mentioned mixing and matching. And it’s kind of on you and not BioWare that you decided to not read, watch, or listen to what this system was. To blame them for your own shortcomings isn’t right. Now they do deserve blame for how 7.0 has gone, but most of the anger is not about combat styles and not being able to mix and match. There are much bigger issues people are complaining about, that are legit, and not something that wouldn’t be an issue if you did any legwork yourself

Evidence of completing the requirements
CrazyScruffy replied to Sikssix's topic in Public Test Server
In your own words you skipped content. They said from beginning to end. Ilum and ziost weren’t needed. But you skipped the prelude and onderon. Those needed to be done -
Not an exploit and was doable last season. Many people unlocked both SHs through this method last season. It would be an exploit if you got the season tab unlocked for free or duplicated your season tokens. But you had to actually work to acquire said tokens on multiple servers
-
You do realize that you come off as the troll right? You did not pay for the expansion. It happens to come from your sub. If you want to skip you can skip up to onslaught I believe. And it’s only takes an hour or so to finish

Conquest.. Please throw us a bone there
CrazyScruffy replied to Pricia's topic in General Discussion
What’s worse is that finishing conquest on more than 5 toons is a waste. You have a cap of 999 per week for commendations for gear. Do anymore and it’s basically wasted effort -
Is There A Covert Piece Of Armour For The Head?
CrazyScruffy replied to GalaxyWeasel's topic in New Player Help
No, most just use the remove head option. There are some low key head pieces you could use though -
Evidence of completing the requirements
CrazyScruffy replied to Sikssix's topic in Public Test Server
Yeah and of course they wouldn’t clarify either way. But I’m afraid BioWare decided to pull a BioWare and “mess” with players. Super not cool honestly. Hopefully they’ll do something but I’m sure they’ll blame the players -
Evidence of completing the requirements
CrazyScruffy replied to Sikssix's topic in Public Test Server
Really? You don’t remember me posting this to you? here is the quote from Jackie that really makes me think we can't skip. People will read it in different ways, but to me personally, it's pretty clear they want us to complete from start to finish and not skip. My fear of Bioware messing this up also does influence how I read her post -
Evidence of completing the requirements
CrazyScruffy replied to Sikssix's topic in Public Test Server
They also stated from start to finish. And they posted what achievements to look for so you know you’ve reached that point. They did not want us to skip -
This happens every “expansion”. Usually after a week or two it will go back to the standard population
