My reason for hating her is that I can't help thinking (at least at this point) that between her and Theron devs chose her to be a new companion.

If it's BW Austin then it's definitely not the team involved in swtor but some other team. Swtor department might be understaffed but no one knows for sure how many people work at BW Austin overall. An at least interesting ending for swtor, a bridge to the next star wars mmo that these chapters will build is surely better than quiet population dropping and fading into oblivion. I was just as pleased to read the latest swtor news as probably you were. The end of swtor and the swtor -> swtor 2 transition could be sad but instead it's gonna be as interesting and exciting as devs could make it, at least so it seems. That, however, does not remove swtor core problems (the engine and its limitation) and hardly takes away much from its upcoming closure. But learning that swtor during its remaining time will honorably pave the way for swtor 2 and not just die off is definitely good news.

I definitely missed each and every one of those many, many, MANY threads where people begged for Nico as a companion. I had to google that name to even recall who the hell this another guy with a beard and mustache guy (hello Dorian from DAI) was...but I do recall numerous requests for Cytharat and Theran.

Didn't you like the drunken Corso scene or how he clearly shows he's jealous by commenting on certain dialogue choices? On a side note, I have a male and female smuggler, bro Corso and hubby Corso respectively and guess what, I tested many times, whenever I get Corso to craft augmentation kits or augments, he crits 3 times more often for my male smuggler then he does for my female one (to whom he's married lol). I think he may be in the closet after all and thru crit chance it shows

FYI Corso is adorable, reliable, he is there for you because he is, not because he had nothing else to do or saw in you an opportunity to get off some trashy planet like Taris/Hoth/Belsavis...Theron only once "gave it to you" in the bushes on Yavin and even after that and the whole alliances-sor story he didn't contact you beforehand regarding Ziost...while I totally support the idea of this thread, you can't compare good ol' Corso with a spy who's here and the next minute gone

The Virmire choice was brilliantly directed but then I'd also expect to interact with someone / something really awesome in that chapter before making the ultimate choice Too bad Vitiate is not even close to the awesomeness of Sovereign P.S. Is Theron missing because he got indoctrinated

I wouldn't worry about it this time, raiders are vocal drama queens but everyone knows they're just too few. BW said they wouldn't forget about them but for once we seem to have the minority's interests (i.e. new stories) primarily in focus, it's about time.
