"Most mercs are bad" is not an argument. Its clear anyone with the gall to defend the state of mercs now just wants to keep being OP. SKILL BEING EQUAL mercs are SUPER SUPER OP. I have a 70 of nearly every class. Ive played them all after 5.0. No class has the combination of mobility, damage and survivability that a merc has. Its unmatched. Merc Defense: Responsive safeguards Kolto Overload to 75% health Heal to full sheild that you can spec multiple buffs into Instant and casted heals Heavy Armor Chaff flare While tossing 10-30k damage hits nonstop. Wait till people start figuring out Innovative Ordinace.

Mercs are super OP defending them makes you look foolish. I am playing a merc atm, because you cant compete on any class other than a sin/shadow. The survivability is unmatched and there is no point in playing another class, in PVP at least. I routinely 2-3 v. 1 AND WIN on my merc. I have taken pylons/nodes from 2 defenders. Im a keyboard turning clicker. When I die its usually because im being attacked by 2-6 enemies with all my cooldowns gone. Mercs are SUPER OP. Like crazytown. lol edit: Oh lol did the last guy just say merc/mando is hard to play...omg. lol

People are going to keep complaining and dropping their subs until gearing does NOT include an RNG component. As long as RNG is involved with gearing, you will keep losing subs. But you know that. You are just afraid to look like douchbags to your bosses. lol

The problem is RNG. The problem will remain till RNG is gone.

You probably should have done a bit more research before posting this as the Engineering sniper is considered one of the top 3 damage dealers in the game with the second or third best defenses. But it does have a high skillcap as in, hard to play, supposedly. You can wreck people if you know what you are doing though. You may want to look at some guides somewhere.

So I do the "A kindly old monster" mission to get Dr. Lokin. At the end after talking to the hutt doctor it says to go talk to General Aygo. It shows the quest location as where he usually is. He is simply not there. I have logged out and back in and overnight and this NPC is not there. I have submitted a bug report but BW only fixes things if they are shamed publicly. Put Aygo back in his hanger lol. Do something. Stop screwing the pooch at ALL times.

F2P cant gain CXP. In fact F2P cant really do a damn thing. So its either sub and play or dont sub and dont play. Im going with option 2 when my sub is up in a few days.

Its a bug that has existed for at least 2-3 years because BW employees are bad at their jobs. What else can be said. You know like the leap bugs, and the bug where scoundrels and Ops always log in holding an invisible weapon for at least 2 years. The preview window... losers. Edit: the bug where you CANNOT abandon star fortress missions. Did you know that if you accept the mission for the star fortresses you have to either do them, or they will sit in your compainions and contact window where the alerts are supposed to be forever. Missions that you can take but never abandon. Good programmers.

I hated bolster and expertise since the day they were put in the game. Looks like I was right all along. I think things are better now as far as bolster goes. The gearing situation on the other hand is causing me to not renew my sub after it expires in early feb.

The only fix that will be acceptable is removing the GC system. Making a currency and allowing people to buy what they want with the currency. Randomly giving people gear is never going to fly. Just like it didnt fly 5 years ago. Runescape and SWTOR the 2 games I know of that ruined their thriving games with updates that were unwanted. I had just returned after an 8 month break, but I was wrong to return. You cant fix stupid. I cant imagine having the balls to just up and wreck a game with no prompt or warning. And then in the midst of the carnage of everyone telling you its awful...we will look into it. No you will revert it or find new jobs. You can ONLY replace it. Make Command xp into command "currency" of some kind. Make vendors with the gear. Allow us to buy the gear with the currency. Or your game ends.

Any pcie card will fit in your mobo but you have to make sure that you have enough power plugs in the pc from the power supply to power the new card so try to get one that is only powered by the slot and doesnt need another internal power connector unless you know you have that. I am a computer technician, this is a project. You will have to backup all your files, install the new ram and card, then basically fresh install a 64bit copy of win 7 or 10, then drivers then replacing your files. If not for the OS issue you could slap a new card and ram in there and just update drivers and play. But the 32 bit OS will only recognize 4GB of ram so you need to upgrade the OS to upgrade the ram. Good luck. It would take me about 4 hours.

You need to pop undying before you get stunned that first time, reread my post. You need to use undying to survive the initial burst, your only strength is DPS so you need to kill someone before all your defenses are down. Also while properly played maras are in an ok place there are still OP classes running around like mercs. And you will have trouble with them till they are fixed.

They are either intensely stupid or they dont care at all about the game or the players. In fact if anything there is a disdain for the players for existing, they just want to get on to the next thing and because we keep playing they have to keep working on this crap that they dont want too. This is why they intentionally(unless they are impossibly stupid) wreck the game over and over. Rating -10 (negative 10) Give the game to another studio. And if this is really your best work, quit your jobs and leave the industry.

People attacking mercs during the bubble is not what makes them OP. Its the heal after the DR bubble and the buff to the ability that gains your life back super quick...forgot its name. Those need fixing. The bubble is fine. 3 life bars + 30m attacks + high dps + all but one attack is instant + the ability to heal themselves + heavy armor base = OP When juggs and maras were considered OP they did not have 3 life bars, did not have 30m attacks(not main ones), could not heal themselves. When PTs were OP it was damage and mobility you could pin and burst them down still. This is unprecedented OP-ness High damage range DCDs heals etc. Its redic dic, if you dont think mercs are OP you: Play one and cant play other classes Are not fit for mensa at the very least.

Its very simple a criminal credit seller with stolen CC numbers is using your stolen account to do his business. Call Customer service tell them the name and info of the account and they will put a stop to it. Though it is very unlikely that you will even get that account back now that it has been used that way. They will probably just close it.

When I play Swtor 6.4GB of ram is in use on my PC. It is the only application running. You will need 8BG of ram. You will need a minimum of an nVidia 660GT or AMD 7870 or better. Almost any new card is better. Double your ram, buy any new graphics card that has 2GB video ram or more. When they pop the reflect you use AOE it goes right through. It only reflects direct single target damage. But they are still somewhat op.

if you are the weakest class on the team the enemy will target you. Use predation off the gate. Make sure your team is with you before you engage, dont run off alone, then jump in and pop GBTF or undying rage right away. Everyone will waste their DPS on you while your team and you try to kill one of them. Your healer wont even have to heal you for those 6 seconds. Then when GBTF ends, Stealth, Reset and attack the target again. Pop that one DCD that gives you 20% damage reduction and saber ward, if you have not killed one of theirs by now you lose anyway. If you have, win.

No they are specifically very hard to kill that is the problem, they have 3 life bars. People called juggs OP when they had 2 life bars. And juggs were melee that didnt do as much damage as a merc from 30m. Yeah all the former sorcs suck on their mercs but even if you suck you get 3 lifebars and however long it takes to burn through those. ALSO they can heal themselves aside from any DCDs. Juggs cant. Juggs were considered OP. MERCS ARE SUPER OP. (goes to play his merc)
