I purchased the 14.5k cartel coins off the amazon website. Best deal around. so far I have purchased: (sorry cap) REVAN REBORNE SITH RECLUSE REVERED MASTER FORCE APPRENTICE MARKA RAGNOS EXAR KUN INSIDIOUS CONSULAR SHAE VIZLA DARK FALLEN ( ITHINK) and TWO LIGHTSABERS, NOT THE PLATNIUM OR GOLD ONES. I may buy more cartel coins so i can buy more weapons and stuff. Plus i need to unlock all my new armors. I have been playing since a month before launch never had the credits to purchase those sets and now I can buy them with this event. Thank you Bioware for making this happen. Next month do decorations for everybody who couldn't find something to buy this month.

SO just to update I called customer service followed their instructions and in the end I had remove the game from my computer using the add/remove feature and download the complete game again. I will not do the again. I will how ever may do in on my laptop so I can play at work. lol They have much faster internet then I do.

I don't think it will becuase I am not streaming the game anymore. The issue is it is not downloading anything after 2 days. I am trying to find anyhting onm the ea website of known swtor problems. I hope I don't have to call customer service. Does Swtor even have phone customer service anymore?

Good Evening, Sorry if this thread has been posted like a million times. let me say i tired to login and i kept getting that unspecified error for patch 5.6. After reading online and checking youtube I figured I would bite the bullet and just download the game in non-streaming. So I changed the second line which was i think download speed from "0" to "10" which is what the youtube vid said. I changed bitraider to false and I think there was one more line I changed but I can't rememeber which one. I don't have the fastest internet 18mbs i live int he country. I download the main assest I think it was like 2 gigs, it could of been main video or something. So I changed my power settings on my computer so it wouldn't go sleep and I figured 9 hours would be sufficient to download the game. I checked last night and it appeared it was done I could log in. So it says I can only go to starting planets because the game isn't done. I made a new character and to my dismay I have downloaded 0% of the game. ***!I checked this morning which would of mean I left this thing on for over 18 hours and its 0 percent? Does anybody have the most recent link for downloading the non streaming version? I am sick of bitraider. Please help swtor community your my only hope. Thank you so much for your help. seemed to work perfect and fix it so people cant log into the game right now. Nobody in the entire bioware company seems to be addressing this issue. Nothing works I tired a lot of the suggestions i've seen on here and nothing works. Guess I could try that wonderful help desk. Last time I used them they told me your computer is 3 years old buy a new one. What a great company. Guess that's what I get for blindly subscribing without expecting much in return like a game that works.

I don't have any bitraider files just a brwc. I clicked on it and it started downloading something. I looked in processes and it was downloading bitraider crap. I stopped it. I haven't been able to get in in hours. Tried everything.

I don't have an install folder. I had problems with my launcher back in June. One of the suggestions was to change the bitraider thing to false. That didn't work. I downloaded the game twice back in june as well and that didn't work. Seems like every time these ******* "fix" something it doesn't work for me. Since June I can only log in by using the launcher repair tool now that doesn't work. I am not that tech savvy. Downloading the game is not an options and will take me 3 to 4 days because I have dsl. Bioware is about to lose a 4 year sub.

I ran the at same thing launcher diagnostic but mine still doesn't work. I tried the launcher reapir utility it doe nothing.

I tried logging in and the it said launcher updating. It was doing that for about 60 seconds or less. Then the launcher screen disappeared and it said unable to load application configuration. Then the launcher reappeared and said it was updating. Sames thing it disappeared and the box popped up and said unable to load application configuration. It repeats itself. I went on the website downloaded the new launcher repair, does the same thing. Appears,disappears with the message reappears, disappears. Its an endless cycle. Any advice from an administrator would be helpful....

I am having the same issue. I went into the launcher properties checked compatibility changed it to what it said to change it to and it does nothing. Been like this since last night. It worked yesterday morning. Nothing has been downloaded to my computer. It also says only one single application can run at a time? It tells me windows XP service pack 2 (i have windows 7), i clicked administrator privilege level: run as administrator that does nothing to fix it. Basically I click on the launcher, click yes it does nothing. What can I do? I've done searches on the internet nothing is fixing the problem.

Kotor was my introduction to rpg's as well. Kotor still has a warm place in my heart. The one thing about that game was i never saw or didnt want to see I was actually Revan. The cut scene where you find out was well done. I wish this game followed the Kotor layout. I would like to pick what powers I get not have the game tell me. I want my sith inquisitor to have thrown lightsaber and fush push? Aren't those the core powers of any jedi?

Anybody having an issues with their login? Mine keeps saying the servers are down check swtor.com for updates. :mad:I was able to logon after I downloaded the current patch around 8am eastern.
