The Yoda species won't happen. There is no name for their species and there have only been like 3 of them in the entire Star Wars universe. They are consider to be enigma's really. I think Disney when they bought it from George Lucas could not pursue Yoda's species as a movie. So swtor won't be getting Yoda's or Master Vandar anytime soon.

My sub has about 65 days left. I have no interest in grinding new gear. Been doing that since December last year. I have to stick to my guns here and say when that when my sub runs out i'm not re-subbing until more pertinent information comes out about 6.0. About all I can say without getting completely irrational and perma banned from the boards.

I wouldn't count on them giving us negative information if the expansion is scrapped because the mass exodus would be immediate and swift. Not too mention no one would ever trust a Bioware made game ever again. Since they haven't announced anything new since March I can assume that the expansion is far off in the future or it may have been scrapped with their being no hype about Anthem. I honestly thing Bioware as a studio, their future hinges on this one game. If Anthem does well when it's released this game will get an update on 6.0 if not I fear the worse for this game. I've stated already that I have about 80 days left on my sub, I haven't checked so that's a guess but if they don't say anything about 6.0 before that ends I need to step away from game. I've been playing since launch almost and subbing the whole time. If I didn't love Star Wars so much I probably would of walked away a long time ago.

Just reading that is disappointment. if the content they produced was longer then 8 hours a year maybe more people would stick around, or if they released a few hours of content a month people wouldn't sub for 2 or 3 months and leave. Maybe somebody said this already but I read a few comments and I basically posted this.

It's really sad. I have about 80 days of sub left. A friend of mine convinced me to start playing WOW so i downloaded the game Saturday and I'll probably start playing this Friday when I have more time. Silence speaks volumes in times like these. If we can get an update on anything with this game i'd be satisfied to keep giving them my money but I feel this game is at a tipping point. Anybody who reads the forums knows what I am talking about with this game. Bioware needs to release the roadmap and a date when 6.0 maybe released by. People tell me all the time don't throw good money at bad and basically that's where I am at.

If they want to sell it as a cartel market item for 5400 cc's or a 6 month continuous sub i'm fine with that. But, 10 dollars is a slap in the face too everybody who subscribed during that period to get it.

It is upsetting becuase when bioware needed peoples sub dollars they offered a bonus chapter to entice people to stay subbed and support the game. Now every time some newbie starts playing they act like everything should be available too them. Like you said you missed the founder title that will be the next thing people who just started playing last week will want. It's non stop . Yes iI agree make people have to pay what we paid to get it. 6 months continuous sub and you get the chapter unlocked or 5400 cc. Seems fair to me.

This topic again? SO marginalize down the fact that people who subbed for like 7 consecutive months while others abandon the game and went else where but now you're back for another month, and once you get what you want you will be gone again and all the others like me who haven't abandoned this game with our sub dollars will be like why did we sub if all we have to do is come on the forums and whine about the injustice of bonus content for being loyal customers. If they want to open this back up it should be 5400 cc's or 6 months of continuous sub, than after 6 months you can unlock the quest. The excuse of I wasn't around or playing when they offered this is total bs. Not my problem. If i started playing wow today i'm sure there are aspects of that game unavailable to me. Maybe I should take to their boards and start whining like a 3 year old saying how I should have everything the game has to offer. I'm sure I would get some really sympathetic responses. Sometimes I feel like people come on here and post topics like this just anger other people.

I want the old master strike and ravage animations back. Those were two of the best ones in the game. Cartel Market please make them available.

I'm not buying anymore bioware games unless they improve this game. I bought BF2 thinking if I bought that game things would improve on this game and it seemingly has gotten worse. I realize it was two different studios but I was being hopeful. Anthem doesn't interest me in the least. Star wars games and this game interest me. Want me shell out money on Anthem drop 6.0 this year and i'll buy Anthem. It will sit in the box or maybe i'll give it my brother in law who like counsel games better than cpu games.

ok so now we're actually getting somewhere. lol EA's sport platform you can honestly say doesn't cost them to much to produce. Each year they don't change that mush maybe a few names and add a few faetures and they push the game out for 60 to 70 dollars a pop. Its called economies of scale. But what about swtor? They probably have invested 450 million in the game in it's entirety. They aren't going to come out with swtor 2 where they could incorporate this game use the assest from this game they are just going to shut it down? If it cost 7 years to make a new star war gaems, let say it takes 5 years and you're putting 150 to 200 million into it with no expectation of return why bother and just invest it in this game? You have a fantasatic platform albiet the server issues and engine are probsbly the limitation here. Maybe they can't expand this game anymore due to the engine constraints. If EA was smart they would take this game, fix it and come out with swtor 2 and this game being the backstory and swtor 2 takes place maybe 20 years after swtor. I know I am completely dreaming here but don't destroy my dream. Night everybody.

I thought Battlefront 2 sold 8 million copies give or take a few hundred thousand. But I also hear that EA abandon the game, and now it's dying. I don't know for sure I haven't played Battlefront 2 in like 3 months. I know this I didn't like it. I honestly hope Disney does take EA to task over this. Frankly it's ridiculous. EA seemed to scuttle more SW games than they have released. Somebody needs to be held responsible. EA thought they would get the SW IP a basic license to print money produce crap throw a SW name on it and watch the money roll in. Never did they think they would have to work to make good games. All of their other games iMO are trash. I wouldn't play them. Swtor I think has the potential to be a good game but EA doesn't want to put anything into it. It's just sad. I honestly hope they turn this game around, or Disney forces them by doing what you said which is take them to court or sue for breach of contract.

So for the past 6 weeks I've been trying to get involved in a rp guild or just rp with the group of people sitting in the fleet bar areas. Don't really see much going on down there so I observe and read. if kind of seems like a flirt scene. I don't see much SW rp'ing going on there. Besides, some of the things people were saying like two jedi trying to decide who should be a padawans master because the master the padawan had wasn't up to snuff. This is two jedi talking, and they tell the padawan not to listen to her master. Not sure a jedi would eve say that to another person's padawan. The other jedi said the padawans master was stupid and do what she feels is right. lol I literally lol'ed reading this. I tried joining a guild and most events seem to be when i'm at work, not much in the way of weekend events. The one time the guild I was in had an event it lasted 15 minutes. Maybe I need to look harder. I don't know. This seems like a cool way to incorporate the games material into hours of RP fun, but 6 weeks in and maybe 20 minutes of RP seems like a waste of time. Anybody have any suggestions?

It wouldn't surprise if it is done. I remember reading on the forums that the ziost deal wasn't supposed to be for both sides, that republic was supposed to go to bouthawi(i'm sure i butchered the spelling), and empire was supposed to go to ziost. It was datamined but they made the decision to go to one signle storyline after SOR. So it wouldn't surprise me if 6.0 is basically complete and the are sitting on it.

Now i'm even more depressed reading that 6.0 is basically done. Geez. Was the rishi stronghold done back at 3.0 and they just released that? Is there no way if Anthem flops will EA more this game to another studio?

I have been thinking this for awhile. That 6.0 was a carrot to keep us subbed and paying for anthem. i also agree that we maybe beta testing anthem features. It's sad for as much as I am down on the game I still love it. Still enjoy the class stories and there are tons of things I haven't done and probably never will do but I am good with that. I don't see how EA can have this license and just dump all over it. I don't see one decent Star Wars game being made since EA took over as the exclusive make of Star Wars games. I have enjoyed my time on this game now more than ever these past 8 months. Since my daughter was born I basically gave the game up playing maybe an hour a month until this last December. I love this time we have together but I fear it maybe coming to an end. I will say the cartel market items have vastly improved in quality. I have bought 3 of the 14.5k cartel coin from amazon this year. The most I have ever spent on this game in one year outside of my sub. I was thinking about buying another one and than all I ever read on here is doom and gloom and the lack of response from the development team doesn't make me want to spend anymore money.

I'm trying to be optimistic that we get a trailer for the next expansion.

Vowran was weak in the warrior story line so don't count on him lasting long as emperor. I almost feel like they backed themselves into a corner story wise because we were emperor or warlord on Zakuul now where do we go? That's why I'm almost thinking they have to basically do a reset. If they wouldn't of wrapped up the Zakuul story line the way they did, leaving us either the fleet or the gravestone it might have worked out with us being a 3rd faction. Now the alliance to me appears to be a weaker than both the empire and the republic. I haven't done the traitor storyline but I watched all the flashpoints . i would like to see our faction search for Moff Pyron to add his fleet with the weapon the inquistor helped them build. That's about the only way i see us being on even footing with either of the other two. That being said I don't want Jadus as emperor that shipped has sailed. They will need to come out with someone new imo.

I leveled a Mercenary and an Assassin from 1 to 70 in 5 hours apiece doing starting planet plus bug hunts on Balmorra. I had an exp boost only, no dvl armor, no guild and no exp legacy boosts. To me it seems to be the fastest way to level.

I don't know if their is a new exploit. I just bought the stronghold defender lightsaber for 3.4 million today. I am surprised becausei was going too spend the 400 cc to buy it.

Ok so have they implemented this change of all the reputation vendors to underworld exchange? I just checked the cartel bazaar and i have no standing with the underworld exchange. Also, i have champion with Yavin 4, Makeb, CZ-198, section x, and oricon, plus hero with 2 or 3 others. Plus when i checked legacy tab all my orignal reputations are still intact with their current level. Did they not combine them with 5.9.2?

i HONESTLY WOULDN'T COUNT ON 6.0 EVER HITTING. IF YOU LISTEN TO THE CONVERSATION IN THE YOU TUBE VID, THE INTERVIEWER COULDN'T GET THEM TO ACTUALLY COMMIT TO ANYTHING. PLUS WHENEVER I STARTED HEARING THE WELL THINGS CHANGE SO FAST WE DON'T WANT TO PUT ANYTHING DOWN ON THE ROADMAP BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS CHANGING. THAT'S THEIR OUT TRUST ME. (SORRY CAPS I'M AT WORK). IF 2017 WAS ANY INDICATION OF THE AMOUNT OF CONTENT LETS PUT IT THIS WAY. THEY WRAPPED UP 2 FAIRLY BIG EXPANSIONS IN ABOUT 90 MINUTES WITH A STORY FLASHPOINT. I AM NOT VERY OPTIMISTIC ABOUT THIS EXPANSION IF WE GET ONE. TO BE HONEST I FEEL THIS GAME IS STRINGING US ALONG UNTIL WE HAVE HELPED THEM FINISH ANTHEM AND THEN THEY WILL PULL THE PLUG ON THIS GAME. I HAVE NEVER PLAYED ANY OTHER MMO, BUT I SERIOUSLY DOUBT ANY OF THEM HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS THE WAY BIOWARE DOES. IT'S SAD TO ME THAT THE STUDIO HAD SUCH A GOOD REPUTATION. IF THEY DO IN FACT PULL THE PLUG ON THIS GAME AFTER ANTHEM DO THEY HONEST THINK I WILL PLAY ANTHEM? DON'T COUNT ON IT. So i've been thinking a lot about this. I wish Bioware would bring back the named weapons. Founders of the game would remember you used to be able to buy Darth Bandon's lightsaber, Ulic Qul Droma's lightsaber, a lightsaber named Fear, and another named Hatred. I think you purchased them with crystals you received from packs or something. My other thought would be to allow us to customize our companions we really want. If 6.0 is going to be the end of the Eternal Alliance and a return Empire vs. Republic then I would assume some of our companions will leave and return to their respective factions. Who knows. I for one don't give a hoot about the vanilla companions outside of a romanced companion so my vanilla companions can go. Honestly a tthe end of 6.0 give us the option of just getting rid of them in my opinion. What about selling certificates like the beast handler certificates and allow us to buy the companions we like like Vaylin (kofte and kotet versions), Thana Vesh, Kai Zyken or some of the other npc's we encountered and didn't kill or even killed like the terminal on odessen? I remember someone saying something about Vaylin being a companion and yelling "You think you're winning", which would be hilarious during combat. lol Anybody else have any ideas for cartel market ideas? I can't imagine any of these ideas would take that much time since they were things that existed in the game already, but what do I know? Pateintly waiting for servers to come back up. lol
