I wouldn't say they are useless because if you get the shekra gear they come with mods that reflect your gear level. Simply don't remove them from reknown storage until your 306. While you are saving tech fragaments for set gear, once you have all your set pieces then remove them from storage and take the mods out and put them in set gear. I have several pieces with complete 306 mods.

I can't remember the name of the quest but it's the one with the turret and you take manual control. I was running this with a level 75 character and because the event is only scaled to level 70 I couldn't complete the quest. My life total at level 70 is scaled at like 108k, which was like 40 to 50k lower when the level cap was level 70. Anybody else who is level 75 able to complete this quest during the event last week? I tried removing all my gear, using heroic moment tried grouping up but it doesn't allow companions or people in groups to help. I used my shields every chance I could get and the most i could kill was like 24. I think this needs to changed somehow.

So I don't understand why this keeps happening. I made Jaesa lightsided, I get the alert , and i was like how come I didn't see her on ossus and I was like something's wrong here. So I finished Ossus did the alert and once again Jaesa is evil so I killed her again. Is there something to not doing all the content I mean the vanilla, than Kofte/Kotet, Iokath,, traitor arc, then starting Ossus? This is the second time this has happened. This is the second time this has happened. Very annoying.....

As someone who has played this game since launch almost I wanted to express to the developers how much I enjoyed the expansion. I know this isn't a popular viewpoint here but I want to explain why. First I came here and read all the negativity about expansion. I witnessed firsthand the crafting stuff, the gear reverting back to the shells instead of the armor pieces, losing the 160 armor mod in the victorious pioneer armor set, and to be frank I have no idea what to do about gearing or how to go about it but I will figure it out. Let's address the negativity first: People said the expansion is two hours of new content. I started the expansion last night at around midnight eastern with my Gaurdian, sided with republic and finished around 445 am. I had maybe 2 5 minute breaks in there. As I play more i'm sure this will go down as I learn the maps better. I for wanted to enjoy every interaction and that's where you see Bioware's attention to detail and how what you character says is quality over quantity. No way can you complete this in 2 hours so I developed a negative attitude that almost made say well I will skip this and play at a later date. I'm glad I didn't. The ending with Scourge and Kira was absolutely priceless and sets up the next chapter perfectly. The issue I had was the Satele part because if I remember correctly she saves Kira and Scourge at the end of Kotet and you see hear on Courscant moving things around and I thought in that dialouge it implied she was in this coma thing. Maybe I misunderstood. I'm got options to flirt with both returning npc's so I can assume both are romanceable. The other thing I enjoyed and thought was absolutely wonderful the interaction between Lana and Gnost-Dural heading to Corellia. Her explaining her views as a SIth and her being so pragmatic about the whole thing impressed the hell out me. Bravo Bioware! I also enjoyed the end. Being offered citizenship for the entire alliance. All records erased and every and everybody given a new lease on life. Odessen given a senator and represented in the galactic republic you restored to your old title and being a jedi again. Here's with the inter conflict for me was torn. I sat their debating this decision for 10 minutes. First: I haven't been with the republic in what 7 years, Second my female jedi is in a relationship with lana, how could that every be accepted within the jedi I do believe the conversation previously stated proves she isn't a blood thirsty sith dimwit but deep down old habits die hard, and the jedi may never accept her. Still it weighted heavily on me and in the end I choose to keep the alliance. Believe I've posted several times get rid of it but in the end I like the fact I have the illusion of making my own decision and being on my own. My character decided that she would be there for them as long she the republic remains is the beacon of light. She sided with the sith at Iokath because Empress Acina aided her against Zakuul but Acina has changed from this moderate to a hradliner and she can't side with someone who wants to genocide billlions in the name of conquest. My opinion only. You're entitled to believe whatever. Crafting is definitely a mess. When simple mod pieces are going form arorund 60 million credits there's a problem. Everything cost to expensive to craft now =, and as someone who embraced crafting for 10 months and made tons of credits I feel it's no longer a viable way to make income in the game. Maybe with some tweeks over time I will see this differently. Gearing I have no idea what to do. I wasn't on the pts but I've read somethings and I will try it out and see how it goes. Right now crafting doesn't appear to be a good way to get gear so i've been basically doing lock boxes and not worriyng so much about the set bonuses. In conclusion I wanted to say people chill out. I know the expansion doesn't seem long enough but I can;t wait for the next chapter. I hope we don;t have to wait to long. I feel at least on the Republic sided Jedi the war has just begun, this isn't the conclusion no way. They did all the upgrades to the graphics with this and hopefully a lot of the prep for this expansion doesn't need to be repeated and they can produce more content. I think i've been even steven concerning my opinion of the game.

one thing I noticed for cybertech the green 274 earpieces have 5 processed isotopes. I haven't checked the other crafting disciplines to see if the 274 stuff is the same but i'm sure it is. I'm not to hung up on the cost to advance the skills because they did that with 5.0 you had to pay like 250k credits for each to advance them. I have just begun to explore things so I don't know the answer but can you buy the processed isotopes with jawa scrap or are they only available through flashpoints, ops and pvp?

OK I understand that the problem is now I can;t put a 160 armor piece in there like it used to be if i do i can't equip it so right there the set is worthless.

I just made a thread on this very subject. WHy? I go to start leveling my scoundrel and for whatever reason i check and the armor piece is missing.

Seriously why were the armor piece removed from this set? I read through a lot of the 6.0 notes did I miss something? That was always the nice thing about that set that it had the armor piece and could level to 50 without having to purchase or craft things.

Yeah the conversation of not sparing him is what cost me. Because she says she will meditate on my decision. Whelp guess that sucks to be me. Another companion that does nothing and over 7 years of waiting for not. Plus getting her from the terminal and spending 5 million credits raising her influence to max and the 20 minutes spent giving her gifts. Also, I mentioned that I could use a token but I can't since it would give me evil Jaesa correct because all previous decisions are based on darkside decisions? Maybe when onslaught is released they could update the outlander token to ask you if you want to align with the lightside or the darkside. I appreciate the responses. Also, I received letters from several republic companions saying they won't fight against the republic which is understandable. Are we losing them as companions? And can someone confirm if lets say an Empire aligned character decided to align with the Republic does the Empire affiliated companions do the same?

SO just completed Ossus as a Light sided warrior. I wasn't offered the romance with Jaesa. Looking at several you tube videos I noticed they spared the Jedi at the end where I had Malgus kill him. Is that really all it is? My second oldest character that I've waited 7 years for this and notta. I tried searching for what excludes you and why it wasn't triggered and I figured I would come here. Now I will have to make token just for this........pisses me off.

There is a star map on Dantooine, and 4 others in the kotor game. There was one on Manaan, Korriban, Kashyyk(SP), and the Unknown world which i think is Rakata Prime.

What I would like is for Port Knowhere to become a place everybody can go and not just be part of the smuggler storyline. Also, maybe put a stronghold there as well. I would like to know what happened to Moff Pyron. If they don't plan on getting rid of the alliance maybe make a side mission where he is in wild space and we can recruit him into the alliance. I would be cool to have more romanceable characters. I'd like to see Shae Vizla, Darth Hexid, MAster Ranos, pretty much any companion we have would be nice. lol Probably not likely to happen but just a thought. If Khem Val is a LI anybody should be. The other thing is what ever the expansion is size wise don't try to wrap up the entire empire vs. republic in this expansion. Feel free to come out with more material like the chapters were in vanilla. Maybe dedicate 3 expansions to the conflict. Just a thought.

Wouldn't Paxton Rall fall into the same category? Didn't you have to be a sub by Dec. 16th I think to get him. Well I wasn't a sub then. So please make him available so I can get him, since it's unfair that I just purchased a 6 month sub again in March. The fact that some people have HK and that other companion is what makes everybodies experience different. Once again i'm sure there are items in WOW that wouldn't be available to me if I started playing today. Every 3 months I don't go on the forums there crying about it. I accept the fact that maybe I wasn't playing when the game came out or at a certain time or I wasn't subbed to received certain titles. What is next people whining about not having the founder title? They were announcing for months that if you subbed from this time to this time there would be a bonus chapter for people who were dedicated. Most people dropped the game for whatever reason. Now people want the prize. If people want to sub for 7 months after its announced that it will be available once again and after the 7 months it's available fine you can have your bonus chapter. I'm so tired of all the crying about this and other topics of social injustice with this game. It's not unfair you don't have everything everybody else has it means you should of subbed instead of being pissed off with the direction of the game during that particular point in time. I just feel that when this game needed our support the most most of you dropped this game and left it high dry only to come back and cry foul now.

Good afternoon, I'd like to post some QOL improvements or ideas for Onslaught. 1st - when we buy companion gifts from or any items from vendoors can an interface pop up and we can type the quantity we want and purchase them all at once? Having to hit the item we want they hit another button saying yes or no is a bit redundant and time consuming. The other option is just allow us to hit the item we want and we purchase it like like buying crafting materials from the vendor. I would prefer to have a pop up window with the crafting vendor so we can click an item, enter the amount and purchase it. 2nd - Is it possible to remove the spaceport when we are landing on a planet unless its a plot point? Can we just land directly on the surface of the planet and start questing? Once again will save time. For instance you allow us to travel to planets using the map, but the smuggler story in chapter one requires constant communication with risha after you arrive at the planet. SO you can't use that function. Can we just talk to her on the ground after we arrive? Not sure if any of these changes are possible but they would save time and alllow us to play the game more.

Um these boards are dead. I agree with the other poster that you can't write this off as seasonal corrections for kids coming or going to school. I look at the boards everyday. When I didn't check them for a weekend it took me 3 days to get caught up. Now I can check them once a week and get caught up in an hour. I think the developers are honestly happy with their handy work. They are probably thinking what took these people so long to finally give up and quit playing? They have treated us poorly as a consumer and yet because i suspect we all just love Star Wars and want this game to succeed we've tolerated a lot of bs. I can't pinpoint it to Bioware or EA exclusively but it's probably a 50/50 split. Well i'm on to another chapter in my life unless I see some major update with 6.0. It would have to be 3 to 5 new planets tons of new quests and all sorts of new stuff to get me back. I wish everybody the best of luck. It's been an enjoyable 6.5 years for the most part.

Not really that surprised. Haven't logged in in like 2 weeks solid. since I completed the Darth Hexid Feats of Strength that only one of my 29 characters received credit for her. I have like 40 days of sub time left not wasting anymore time. They lost me with the content drought and the lack of choices within the Kotet storyline. I'll probably check the boards out once a mount to see whats new. A promising year so I thought, and hear it is almost October and nothing relevant content wise.

Items are way down imo. I bought a Ziost Guardian lightsaber for 3.25 million about a month ago. They used to sell for 75 million or something. Revan Rebrone set are practically given away for a 2 month sub now. They were in the 120 million range before the spring sale and I bought the Revan and the Revan Reborn set for like 34 million for both. Cheap cheap cheap.

I play on a 7300, I5, 1050 ti graphics and a 256 ss only hard drive and It runs great. It's an Acer laptop I bought off Amazon for 700 dollars. I took it into the computer shop had them download all the windows updates and put some programs on it and that was like 75 dollars.

So i just completed my 40th flashpoint and I got the holo communicator to get Darth Hexid for that character. I checked all my other characters and I have not received the email. Some are in Kotfe, some are level 70 and I still haven't finished their class story. I thought I would at least get the communicator for all my toons until she is introduced to the story. Does anybody have any thoughts on this?

Would be a pretty interesting and cool idea. Since she was sending threatening letters to everybody in the galaxy she's probably heard of your character being she was a jedi and sith. If they are only returning Darth Jaesa then give her the option to join evil characters and when light side Jaesa returns make her a companion for Light side people. I don't know once again give us some options.

I think it's nice were going back to empire vs republic but i'm hesitant as to how they are going to accomplish this. It was mentioned many times on here the direction Kotet ended would lead to problems with a lot of players. Bioware made us Emperor or Warlord and leader of our own faction and section of space. The way it all ended was an abomination. 45 minutes and the entire alliance is destroyed. You've lost your two most powerful weapons, and Zakuul choose self determination and threw you out. How are you still considered head of the alliance? At that point why wouldn't the opposite faction send their fleet to Odessen and lay waste to whats left of you depending on your decisions at Iokath? It was also mentioned of these forums that a single story approach without giving us options was going to anger people. Arcann can be redeemed. Lets analyze his body of work. Destroyed 5 planets, murdered his brother in a fit of rage, tried to kill his father, organized a galaxy wide manhunt for you, destroyed the empire and republic and held both factions under thumb with reparations and star fortresses systematically and strategically placed over worlds keeping masses in line. There is no end to his scheming he can be redeemed or killed and the only option for Vailyn is death. That s why I haven't progressed the storyline past kotet for all of my characters but one. I refuse to do. How can bioware fix this? When the war does return to the way it was we show up on Zakuul and the real Vailyn is encased in carbonite the one we killed was a clone. WE can then choose to kill the real vailyn or make her a companion. At the end of kotet there was talk of both sides wanting to return to their factions and start fighting each other they could do that by having the one faction in the alliance attack the other and each side approaches the commander and then you decide right there what faction your going to side with and join. The question is once again what is your rank or position going to be within that faction. Because they gave us everything in the last two expansions I won't be content being a jedi or lord, taking orders from some darth fool on the council. So that will need to be addressed. Also, if we haven't progress the story feel free to fill in the blanks for me with my alignment and i'm fine with that. I know tl:dr. lol

I have done False Emperor, Battle for Ilum, Derective 7, Athiss, The Tython, and Korriban one, and Kuat drive all in veteran and got credit for everyone. I have 9 more to do to get the unlock.
