No, you can actually tell it's happening to everyone because you can refresh 15 minutes later and no one has made any new posts on the entire board. It seems to happen when the servers are taken down for maitenece. Which is alot this past week.

I hated Balmorra and didn't like Taris much either. Dromund Kaas was also terrible. My favorite planets I've played are Coruscant, Narshaddaa, and Hutta.

I'll take a high tech city world over a generic forest/jungle world I can see in any game ever. If I wanted to run through a forest killing large animals, I'd play WoW.

Bioware if you're not going to add actual choice to the game then please just make a selection at start up to be "full lightside" or "full darkside" and increase as you level as another stat. Because as it is there is no choice system. It's just an illusion and if you EVER go out of pure DS/LS, you will never reach stage V and never be able to use the best gear. Either decide if you want a story based MMO with choice or another stat system. As it stands competitive players get zero choice.

All that means is the class requires a highly skilled player just to get mediocre dps/survivability while a novice can roll a gunslinger and faceroll people with little to no experience. Realize that your skill is bridging the gap of a mediocre class and that you'd be far better with any other class.

It may be worth noting the consular right below you on the list in the first pic is 16 levels below yet did very comparable damage while at the same time doing ten times as much healing.

I'm currently 24 on my Bounty hunter and decided I've no real need for armormech. I just never use it, really. So I've decided to go biochem which means completely switching all crewskills. My question is, what's the best thing to do now? Should I head back to Dromund kaas and just farm nodes since theres no way I'll be able to harvest later planets with 1 bio-analysis skill? Should I just buy some material off the GTN and mass-craft some stuff to try and bump my crafting skill to a level more appropriate to my level? What's the best course of action?

Just pray they don't ban you for playing the market. You might be a gold seller in disguise.

Slicing as is is virtually worthless and honestly should just be removed. It gives no gain anymore, and on top of that it doesn't provide for anyone except cybertech (and then only a few schematics). If you take slicing you have gimped yourself in terms of crafting.

The hero engine is likely why this game will fail. I'm almost positive the hero engine is to blame for the ability delay which would mean the delay is pretty much unfixable. And if that issue is not fixed within a couple weeks, thousands will quit.

It doesn't count if it's not in the group helping us, no. People who are in the group get rewarded. Would you be okay if I rolled need on something for my guildie who often groups with me but isn't even online? Of course not. You'd throw a fit.

Again if you can't beat an elite in your quest with a companion with greens appropriate to their level, then it isn't a gear issue. And you shouldn't be screwing over your teammates because you don't know how to play your class solo.

I actually can't say I've had a companion active in a group past level 16. So really, no, you should not be rolling need because your companion did not help the group. Your companion wasn't even there. So why does your companion who did absolutely nothing come before the trooper who just healed you for an hour? If you're going to roll need for something that wasn't in the group helping, then why can't I roll need on that lightsaber for my jedi alt? Now if your companion was in the group the entire time then maybe I'd be okay with it. But chances are they probably weren't. How geared your companion is while you solo means nothing to the group and the group shouldn't have to pay your way so you can more easily solo champions.

Lucky ninja looting for companions is frowned on and will likely just end up with the ninja looter rarely finding groups to complete missions with. I have no qualms kicking you from my group for rolling need on a lightsaber when you're a bounty hunter.
