played during 3 test weekends, when i started playing again on tuesday I had to so many of the same quests over....I was not even close to being bored, if you want a challenge, get rid of your companion, try hammer station with 2 people, play PVP. DON'T SKIP THE STORY!!

I also was a big fan of both kotor's. I am not sure what you are disappointed about? I am really enjoying the story, the voice acting makes side-quests fun. Knowing it was an MMO, lowered my expectation on what you do impacting the world, and while there are little things here and there, for the most I was right, still that is the only down side. If you don't like that is you, most people do like it, and I am glad bioware spent the money and time on this game. P.S. If this is WoW with lightsabers, then all touch phones are Iphones clones, or star wars is a clone of star trek, and since I look like my dad I must be his clone with darker hair.

Before I got kira, I had T7 (duh) and since he is a tank, and had more tanking skills at level 14 then I did, he would pull most everything to him, I started making a game out of that though. Lets see if I can pull things off T7, it really helped me learn how to pull things off people, so when I got skills like taunt and kick I became a good tank. So if you want some training before, say, the Hammer station, use T7

Mine was shipped yesterday, and I have been tracking it, it stop in a city 30 miles away at 7:00 a.m. so i should get it today. Amazon has always done a very good job shipping (here in the US at least, I don't know about the U.K.)

I play on a west cost RP server, no wait, no lag, and a fair amount of people.

Flashpoints 8-these are very very fun, its awesome to team up with people and give you a real challenge, team conversations are cool as well, the only down side is, there is not a lot of boss loot. PvP 7-good, lots of reasons to PVP, and everyone is moved up to level 50 for the fight, not the best pvp but better then most. Quests 10-while you can break it down to the simple MMO quests, really because of the voice acting, and things you can decide during the quest, makes it the best questing system in any MMO. Environment Design 8-each area looks really good, and is well made. would have gotten a 10 if there was in game time (as in day and night) Voice Acting 10-its a bioware game Character Progression 8-well paced, get advance classes fast and build on that. Classes 8-each class of duel rolls that you can pick at 10, makes it really 16 classes then 8. (though because Empire and Republic classes are mirrors of each other, its like having 8. Ships 10- love it love it love it. I love ships, and the fast pace combat from ships, as well as upgrades and a personal home. Combat -8 good, lots of options, very fast paced. Skilling System -8 very good, on your advance tree it can be overwhelming at first Items and Equipment 7-It feel odd to be level 20 and not have all my slots filled, I didn't get my first helm until level 15. that is my only complaint. Because you can update your gear you can keep it longer, but there are lots of options on lots of drops to find Professions/Skillsets -7 would be a 10, but it does not hint at what goes best with what. Companions 10-awesome, its like having an alt that runs around with you.

Its simple, when Bioware knows how many servers we will have, we will get server forums, that is my guess.

I got in day one, and found things this way as well. While I understand the frustration of not getting in, Bioware overall is doing great.......and the game is amazing.

I never found WoW to be any fun, I tried it 3 different times, and never enjoyed it. My favorite MMO is lotro, though swtor is right behind it, I freaking love this game.

Oh no, you can't get in the EGA early! the game sucks, I guess you paid $60 so you could play an extra week, and after that your money is a waste

As a ten year old I loved Jar-Jar, sure as an adult he is not really funny, but as a kid he is great; and I think that should be the main point, Jar-Jar was for the kids.

So you took time off of work, because you it said you COULD get in on the 13th (really the 15th) I almost knew that I would be one of the first in, I pre-ordered and put my code in by 1:00 CST on July 21st, when you first could. But even I did not call of work, what if there is a problem and I can't get in? Is this game worth losing a vacation day or can I survive 8 hours? Really, and I am trying not to be mean, it is your own fault for taking off of work for a CHANCE to play.

yes Bioware/EA could have handled this much better, I know their servers can handle it, because of beta. Remember the first day of EGA was going to be on the 15th, then all of a sudden they said it would be the 13th. Maybe they found a problem, and are making sure they fix it for the long run. cool down OP, most people playing this game are going to enjoy the journey, and those who don't are just silly. So take a deep breath and remember that this is a different kind of MMO, and endgame is not the main goal here, story is.

I agree with the OP on all points; however, when people do get in game, the fun level combats most bad feelings. This is also the first game I found tanking to be really fun, and I have always hated tanking. So yes, bioware could have handled many things better, but the made a dang good game.

For the first few years of its MMO life, Lord of the rings online had the very best community, hands down. Then F2P hit, and everything went crazy, the higher levels still have a lot of good people though.
