  1. You sir mistake the advantages provided to you by the class you play, for player skill.
  2. Not all classes are created equal. Not all classes are equally good at Huttball. Just because someone doesn't crit you with a wall of text, doesn't make them wrong. The fact that you can't see anything but your one side of the story shows that you very well may be wrong. I'm great at PvP, but I play an Operative. So the moment the action moves away from the middle of the map, I'm MASSIVELY GIMPED. Good @ PvP =/= Good @ Huttball

Or maybe, just maybe, you could move your mouse pointer over your target and click on it.
  4. Because every class has one or many of the following; knockback, pull, push, leap, sprint... Oh wait, Operatives have none of those. Operatives might not be useless, but they're heavily gimped the moment they leave the middle of the map, due to the lack of the above. Yet another example of Bioware's EPIC FAIL in regards to balancing Operatives... just keep gimping them when they've been gimped from the get go. It's good to see people think things through before making sweeping statements.
  5. I'm not happy with 1.2 and will not be buying more time. This is one knee jerk too many for my liking. Yet when Bioware should have stepped up to bat, Ilum valor debacle, they were no where to be seen.
  6. Unless you've managed to kill someone withing 7.5 seconds of using hidden strike, you really shouldn't be using hidden strike again within that time frame. Wasting Vanish to get a kill is dumb.
  7. In League of Legends you get more talent points and rune slots based on the level you are. So a level 30 Summoner has a stat advantage over the level 1 Summoner. There is also a disparity in runes. You need to grind them, and not just one set either, if you want to play various roles and champion types. Currently SWTOR is no different. Anyone can have the best PvP gear (runes), as long as they invest the time. League of Legends is also a terrible point of comparison. Every new Champion they add to the game is overpowered, because they gotta make that $$$
  8. Common, show me how Andrea Bargnani, a #1 pick is such an advantage. How many Championships has Toronto won since his arrival? How many times have they made the playoffs? ROFL And why do you keep ignoring half my post? Oh right, it's really hard for you to deny the fact that in professional soccer the richest teams prosper, make money from winning, buy even more talent, and keep on winning. Winning a Championship in ANY sport provides you with all sorts of advantages.
  9. Currently you PvP to Valor 60 and you've earned the right to buy BM gear. Under the new system, anyone can buy the gear, there are no requirements.
  10. Number one draft pick isn't an advantage. If it was, why didn't Lebron win in Cleveland? Drafting a player is like playing the lottery, the player might be Lebron or he might end up being Bargniani. You keep likening Battlemaster Gear to a good draft pick, when clearly it is more like adding good proven players to your team. And winning a Championship, will get good players wanting to play on your team. And in pro sports without a salary cap. Winning means more profits, yet the ones profiting most are the clubs that are already richest. So the rich teams with all the talent, are making even more money to buy even more talent. Isn't it funny how that works. The ones on top get rewarded for being there, making it even harder for the ones below them to catch up.
  11. How is the gear a crutch? Everyone has access to it and can get it. So from the sounds of it, you don't like the fact that some people worked for their gear, and you didn't.
  12. You're the one that doesn't seem to get it. Teams are rewarded for winning. Good players want to win, they take pay cuts just so they can stack already stacked teams. And in pro sports without a salary cap, winning is rewarded by even more winning. The teams that outspend their opponents, win, and then take the money they made from winning to buy even more talent and win yet again. What do you have against rewarding people for winning? Jealous?
  13. High end PvP gear will be sold to players for little to no effort, so I was wondering if in the name of fairness, I'd be able to do the same with PvE items? PvE players are getting the benefit of being able to do little to no PvP, yet still acquiring great PvP gear. So why am I being denied access to high end PvE gear while investing little to no time in PvE?
