  3. hehe, i totally agree with your sarcasm. PVP had issues, 1.2 did not solve any, except maybe balance between classes but thats a large debate, but brought new issues. You also forgot the Valor system, which has been totally killed , even if a lot of players have grind valor, imagining it would still matters in the future, as it mattered in the past. PVP is just boring right now.
  4. Couldnt agree more. I used to like pvp, now its boring. 1.2 did not change my class (Assassin), and as a pvper, i just try to grind those new commendations, with a new wz. * The new reward system sucks, it happens often that i arrive at the "end" of a wz because of quitters, i do my best but as i still dont reach the minimum number of medal i get nothing. Very, very frustrating. * PVP is still organized in wz, no possibility of attacking any outpost nor any wild pvp options. (Dont talk to me about Ilum, it was just a gigantic wz with nobody inside). * Does anybody find the new war hero gear really interesting? Im not talking about the design. * If those ideas came out from the guild meeting, well, i have to say that either you did not really listen to the guilds or the guilds that came to see you were pve only! * Team=making system still have a lot of issues * Well, im really thinking about stopping swtor and waiting for Guild Wars 2.
  5. Thats what i thought, nothing yet. You can also feel sorry for those who are on servers where no "arrangements" was possible between pubs and imps. Like me. Collecting armaments does not give a lot of valor, hahahaah

    Getting a Valor of 60 gets you the opportunity to get the BM.Okay. But what is the point of getting more valor? ( I dont think the speeder is a good motivation ) It is NOT a critic, i just want to know if any annonces have been made about that. I know there are gonna be some changes about legacy but i did not see any about valor. Maybe i just missed that...
  7. Increasing pop rates would help too while waiting bigger changes, and i guess its just one line of code to change...
  8. Sarcasm mode on. calm down guys, they just fixed the sorting in guild window, something that was surely hugely complex. Guess we will have to wait another 2 months for the Holodancer, thus 2 years for rythm droid. Sarcasm mode off.
  9. Totally agree with this thread, this game needs more life, music and ,little things that make you enjoying the trip.
  10. Yes that could work too, and would be pretty easy to implement. Again, we just need a little bone while waiting for the big change.
  11. Yes probably another post Ilum, but the last ticket i created suggested me to make post here, so... I like this game, im a pvper, i like warzones and i think this game has a huge potential. But Ilum is really, really killing my pleasure. On my server, there is a strong population imbalance. So basically, the daily weekly pvp is just being on a armament spot, waiting for the armament to pop. And all spots are occupied by players doing the same thing. Collecting 30 like that is just boring as hell, i dont talk about the 150... I know that Bioware devs know those problems and are working on it. But in the meantime, people like me get really bored. Can't you input a temporary solution, like having the possibility to exchange those missions with another one like killing 300 ennemies in warzones? I dont pretend to have the perfect solution, but a little temporary change while you're developing new stuff for Ilum would be more than welcome.
  12. I do completely agree, this system is totally absurd. Why changing the commendation system for champion and not for battlemaster? Half of the bags you can open come from Ilum daily/wekkly quest. Which is a pure pleasure to get when you're on a server where Ilum is completely broken because of unbalanced population and/or bug in kill counts... The solution of going PVE instead reminds me the antennagate solution from Apple. Your phone does not work? use your other hand!

This harnessed darkness skill (from the darkness tree) is suppose to give me an "uninterruptible and immune to pushback" force lightning cast. ] After a week using it, i have to say that ive been pushbacked many times and interrupted as well when this was activated... Do some other people noticed that?
  15. Having a useful item like this that requires to travel to different planet to make it was a very good idea. Was it too powerful in PVP ? Sure! But there was other ways to keep its interest without killing it... No medal reward, that we will all agree, a cooldown maybe? Usable 10-15 times and not just one? etc... Killing those little things is just killing what makes a mmorpg a mmorpg...
  16. Indeed, assassin is not an easy-to-play class. Don't see any critic in that, i just want to say that survivability depends on your capacity to use many many different skills at different moments. Dont hesitate to fly away by using instant stealth or running away. Playing an assassin also depends on the good use of your cds. You really have to keep an eye on your skill bar. Finally i would say that you need a good and coherent skill-tree, there are many posts about that. You can also post yours and ask for comments. Don't worry, many many people felt or are still felling like you
  17. That would require many full-time moderators to clean the entire forum from trolls, cocky dudes, who-has-the-bigger-one contests... I perfectly understand that doing a high level of global damage can be a source of personal satisfaction. But it should always be put on perspective. I think one of the problem is that teamplay is not really encouraged in warzone. People only think about getting their medals, valor etc.. And its understandable, the game is made like that. Winning is not really rewarded compared to some lose. Leaving a warzone is very easy and you can join another one right after, etc... I dont pretend to have perfect solutions, but those points encourage a certain selfishness: I do what i can to get my medals, i go on Ilum to steal armaments from other players then i leave (Ilum is like that on my server, imp players waiting on armaments spots... Totally lame and kill my pleasure, but thats another debate).
  18. i was hybrid Darkness/madness 23/0/18. I tried this new full madness thing. Healing is a joke, im doing 18k average against correct teams. The dps can be nice but i seriously feel i have no resistance, people kill me way too easily. I dont pretend to be the best pvp player but i have 60 of valor and full champion gear.(Stalker). I chose to use the power generator as an off-hand instead of shield, but that shouldnt explain this difference. That was my 2 cents of this build
  19. I think its a legitimate request. Its not about having 10000 addons to make things easier. We are all different and our vision is different as well. TO be able to move my icons where i want and to scale them the way i want to maximize my own vision efficiency is a legitimate demand. UI scaling is planned on the next patch as far as i know, but not the ability to move the icons independently.
  20. Well i have my assassin lvl 50 since a week now and i tend to agree, something has to be done on this class. I feel like this class is medium: we can tank a little but not too much, a little dps but nothing extraordinary. The problem is you have to chose your medium, you cant do everything, and being like that doesnt mean being balanced. The person complaining about OP in pvp is doing drugs. I just finished a warzone where the first OP did 400k dmg total, and 60k heal... Just try to match the dmg only with an assassin, even fully geared... I would say that a little up on dmg from stealth would be nice, even if its copying rogues... Im gonna try to start an IA to see the diff
