Heyas, yes i guess i was more speaking of Serenity/Hatred then the other skilltrees. Im not really interested in being a tank, i want to dps but i dont want to be super squishy either

How is they're survivability? Mostly for pve but some pvp. They wear light armor which sounds like they are quite fragile but i also read they have some life draining abilities. Are they enough to compensate for having light armor? ^^

Im returning to Swtor and im having trouble decing on which of the two classes to play. So im curious to hear what you all think of the classes mentioned and how the compare They both seem equally fun but which one has it easier in pve and somewhat in pvp? I want to be able to dps but still have some nice survivability ^^ Thanks ^_^

Thanks for the replies It's going to be mostly for PvE with some minor PvP in between. I want to play dps but i dont want to be squishy either and the light armor that assassins have sorta makes me worried ^^

Hi all, how survivable are assassins nowdays? I have'nt played for quite a while but i remember them being very fragile unless you went tankspec.

Thanks for the very informative responses Im curious. can i run, say lightning charge while using the darkness tree? Obviously i'd lose out alot of survivability but would my damage be gimped,? Im asking because out of all the trees, darkness just seems the most interesting to me, whatever it's for tanking or not edit: oh and i guess i should say im mostly interested in the pve aspect. maybe some minor pvp now and then. ^^

Hi all. How viable would it be to spec mostly darkness and use dark charge or lightning charge while using a dps generator and dps stats on your gear?

How does Assassin tanks work with dps gear? They use Dark charge while using dps generator and dps stats? ^^

So would a powertech bountyhunter be a good choice? ^^
