My wife and I have played MMOs together for years, WoW, FFXI, FFXIV, Rift, SWTOR, but I'm always stuck as the healer class Priest, White Mage, Conjurer, Cleric, and now on SWTOR I'm on Sith Sorc/Jedi Sage, but spec'd in heals. But I agree, it sure is a different yet wonderful experience.

I'd see it as long as the person i bring with me doesn't go "OMG that [insert item here] looked like it was coming right to me!" or "OMG didn't it look like that was coming right towards you???" Every 10 Seconds I mean Duh... it's 3D >.> things are going to look like they are coming towards you lol.

It's kind of weird like, people back then probably didn't know the potential for advanced technology. Maybe they did, and it was our modern day technology. However now, we are fully aware of what can be, but the part that bums me out is, will we ever get to experience even the beginning of a new era of tech? I know we already have begun space exploration and all that, but you know, that's reserved for higher-caliber human beings and not us everyday normal joes.

I've had a positive experience so far. No complaints other than being green when Quinn heals me, but i know that's being fixed. I've met nothing but friendly people and the guild i'm in is very friendly and social. I'm enjoying it. However, i'm not going to lie and say i'm not slightly worried about the MMOs that are expected to release this year. I know things in SWTOR aren't great right now, but i hope they can bring themselves up to a competitive level sometime soon.

When i was questing today there was this argument going on in the General Chat. Apparently one guy was asked to leave a group because his gear was terrible, and his argument was because it made him look better than the gear he already has, which had better stats, but according to him was "Ugly". I've encountered this on a couple of MMOs, there are people who care more about looks than stats, and there are those who don't care what they look like as long as it gives good stats. I'm pretty neutral on the matter, it never really bothered me. I was just wondering what your opinions were?

Bold prediction here, but i'm hoping that at least in our lifetime we find evidence of intelligent life somewhere other than our planet.
