I think it depends on your ISP routing. Some has access to australia land therefore having low latency to the new servers but (sadly) most of them don't. This is why playing in US server is a lot better for asian players. As what I've been suggesting before : 1. Do not close the current 'fake' asia server because a lot of players are playing there already. Instead, rename current Asia/Pacific server to Australia/New Zealand. 2. Add real Asia server in an asian country, preferably singapore because they have great internet infrastructure and located in the middle of SEA zone. I don't know about HK players but I believe they will have better ping to SG than to AUS, that's for sure.

^ 9 out of 10 players from all other "Asia/Pacific" countries will have worse latency connecting to Australia than to US. Australia server is full during weekend, it has queue now. Why not rename that server to Australia server instead, and make another real "Asia/Pacific" server that will be placed in let's say Singapore?

I think BW has made terrible mistake by picking current engine. The graphic looks OK with full settings.. until we try to move. Very choppy. Not real choppy but the feeling. The loading time takes forever on my i5 + 8gigs ram + x64 even with modification suggested using imdisk. Heck, opening inventory causes short freeze. What is this? Even some other games with more spectacular graphics load faster and run smoother than this game. I like this game. I hope BW will do something about this.

This is one big "in your face" move to Blizzard. When this is truly live, I for one.. will tell all my real-life friends from WoW to just play SWTOR, because they do CARE and LISTEN to oceanic gamers. Now after years of waiting, finally we can play on equal ground, even its a totally different game.

Imo, tumult change should be made to : 1. Keep the 45 sec cooldown, remove the incapacitate requirement. 2. Keep the requirement, reduce the cooldown to like 10 or 15 sec. 3. Completely change the ability to something else useful. This should apply to other 'tumult' abilities on all classes.

Different poop, same stink.. Just like WoW with its dual-spec entitlement. Just make it so EVERY GROUP MEMBER gets the drop, even he/she can't use it, won't use it, even HAS HIS/HER BAG FULL for crying out loud. So sick with these kids attitude.
