  1. They had a patch like a week or so ago that changed Ionic/Particle to a 7 sec cooldown. Thats huge because we can now slot alacrity to the -.1 gcd threshold and not get punished as well as use the random charge package implant. Can even use Explosive Round on proc now and be a little looser with the rotation. Supercharged Cells has like a 50%+ uptime now
  2. May I ask why you folks are doing balance updates before releasing MK-12 crafting? After looking at MK-10 Gold tier augments vs MK-11 Blue tier Augments, there is like a 30% difference in stats in blues favor. Every new tier of gear gets released, the meta changes. Once MK-12 crafting gets released Direct Damage classes will fall behind DoT classes due to the amount of crit going out. Nerfing something like Lightning now seems silly when you might have to buff it later. Next tier of Gear people will require less gear slots/augments/stims dedicated to accuracy, meaning more crit allotted.

  10. More specifically its the Blue tier Systech items. I get about 100~ per week from doing dailies to get 999/999 matrixiesxes. Over time they build up to needing a nice trinket or some other piece you need or want to fill a hole. PvP gear is -end/+other stats gear. A 328 pvp relic has +30ish power/-40ish end for example over a 330 green relic
  11. Nothing for Assault Spec? No Proc'ed Mag Bolts giving one charge of Supercells? No DoT crits taking off 1 sec off Electro Net with a 1.5 sec cooldown? No using Supercharged Cells reducing the cooldown of Recharge Cells by 5 seconds? No multiple instances of Plasma Cells on the same target? No Mag Bolts being effected by Boosted Bolts? No Hyper Assault Rounds removing 15 or all 20 cell cost? --- And what the hell is that Two Time Trouble thing? Serenity Strike and Spinning Strike 100% chance Double Strike 25% chance 50% chance from Whirling Blow and whatever that cone is called and rename the damn thing to Hexa Time Trouble
  12. Sniper Rifles can take Blaster Rifle Stamps. Virulence uses the cover mechanic the least Lethality Operatives are pretty blastery I been wanting this as well but yeah
